Project Plan
“Hi-tech Automate”
Project Purpose
The purpose of the project is to introduce a new modern software that will be useful for
decades. The software can be mounted on electronic devices, which would be useful for
mitigating cyber-attacks on customers and within the company.
The key advantage of dynamically allocating resources for this project is that the
direction of development work on each of the stages is taken into account by this project, and not
just the cumulative time spent on each phase. In addition, the project can be expanded by
incorporating random effects that affect the transformation of the performance of progress or
changes in the resources available or the configuration of features to be included in the software
product. However, in order to create this complex programming formulation, at each possible
state of the software development performance index, one must provide a valid definition of the
incremental quality improvement function. Whenever additional engineering work has a strong
marginal impact on the product and an unused portion of the budget does not raise the developer
's profit, the presumption that the project budget will be exhausted persists. This restricted
optimization analysis of some issues can be easily translated to an unrestricted problem, where
no budget restriction is given to the developer and the inputs are chosen to maximize the net
value of project costs
As the project progresses, the data obtained in the table above will have the potential to
change. For the success of the plan, the value of change and its certainty is crucial. The following
resources, which are personal or financial, available time, or the nature of the project, will
influence any variations in the schedule. The following approach will be used in case of any
changes takes place:
First: The project manager will file the matter as soon as possible as it concerns the project
preparation, structure, staffing, budget or timetable.
Second: The Project Manager would then analyze the matter and identify how the project is
being carried out. He will then move the case to the Steering Committee, who will evaluate and
select the right action, recommending how to deal with it.
Third: When the problem is received by the Steering Committee, they will reach an agreement
on whether the appeal should be accepted, changed or denied. The opinion will be focused on the
data found on the plan of the project and the approval of the project manager.
Fourth: In the absence of agreement, the project manager shall review the matter in order to
make a credible decision as to whether the amendment should be rejected or accepted.
Fifth: Fifth: Eventually, after approval or disapproval by either the Steering Committee of the
plan or the project's manager, the person requesting the change will be informed of the action
taken by the project manager. It is necessary to remember that, throughout the procedure, no
appeal is allowed.
Measurable Project Objectives
The goals and objectives of the project will ensure that the applied new modern software
brings the following:
Testing: Validate that the completed software satisfies without fault the needs and
functions of the users.
Implementation: Provide end users with the completed project and receive
satisfactory input.
Auditing will evaluate the process of development to ensure that the software is developed with
recorded user specifications, that the design is accepted by the management, and that the
application is reviewed before implementation. An additional emphasis is to ensure that the end
user is able to use the system based on a blend of abilities and documentation support. By
providing an assessment and advising actions, auditing improves the project. The management of
the project will gain insight into the company's challenges, the extent of risk they pose and the
steps that need to be taken. The customers of the company will gain confidence in the
consistency of the outputs and visibility of any areas that need to be addressed. Project
management is responsible for approving an audit and should ensure that the audit team has a
clear understanding of the priorities, scope, timing, constraints and format. The scope may look
at a project's management, status, efficiency and/or interfaces. The project management team
should consider the scale, complexity, outcomes of previous audits, the pace of audits, the needs
of stakeholders and the degree of change within the company in designing the project plan.
