    REGION MEMORANDUM
    AD No. 54, s. 2021

    STATUS OF THE 2021 EQUIVALENTS RECORD FORM, RECLASSIFICATION


    AND CONVERSION IMPLEMENTATION

    TO: Schools Division Superintendents


    Region and Division Administrative Personnel Concerned

    1. Pursuant to the approved lump sums for Equivalents Record Form (ERF)
    Reclassification of Positions authorized under the FY 2021 General Appropriations
    Act – RA 11518, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office
    XII issued the approval for the funding requirements based on and within the
    amounts sub-allotted by DepEd SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Office intended for the
    ERF/reclassification and conversion of teaching positions for 2021 as contained in
    the GAA of 2021.

    2. However, based on the results of the initial evaluation of DBM Regional Office
    XII, the request of every division office is more than the sub-allotment issued by
    DepEd SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Office; hence, the request of the divisions are
    hereby returned with an advice to prioritize the positions to be reclassified to
    ascertain that requirements are within the allocated funds.

    3. All approved ERF/reclassification and conversion of teaching positions shall


    be effective April 2021.

    4. Likewise, those applications for ERF/reclassification and conversion teaching


    positions not accommodated for this year’s budget and those additional requests
    based on needs and requirements shall be prioritized for the 2022 budget allocation.

    5. To determine those to be prioritized for 2022 implementation, all ERF in-


    charge in the divisions are advised to submit the list of applicants with the following
    information:

    6. Attached are the templates to be followed. All reports must be submitted to


    the AD-Personnel on or before May 30, 2021.

    7. To discuss the actions to be taken and provide a clear information, the 1 st


    Administrative Committee Meeting (ADCOM) shall be held on April 26, 2021 via
    google meet @ 1:30PM-4:00PM.

    8. Allowed to attend from the division offices are the Administrative Officers V,
    IV-Personnel, II – PSI-POP in-charge, Payroll In-charge, and ERF in-charge. While the
    participants from the regional office are the, CAO of AD and FD, SAO of AD & FD,
    AO-V- Budget Officer III, AO-V& IV- Personnel, RPSU Head, Teacher Credential
    Evaluator, Reclassification Committee and all AD-Personnel support staff.

    9. For the information, wide dissemination, and strict compliance of all


    concerned.
