Sender: Sender is someone who initiates the communication or we can say the

Message: A message is a signal , instruction which need to be transmitted to
the receiver for a response.
Encoding: Encoding means framing the message which needs to be
transmitted. While encoding a message the sender needs to consider the
content of the message, and hoe will it be interpreted by the receiver.
Channel: Channel is the medium to transmit the message. It can be an email, a
vocal message or a text message etc.
Receiver: Receiver is someone who gets the message and responds back to
the sender.
Decoding: Even if the message is received by the receiver, the effectiveness of
the message depends on how the message is being interpreted by the receiver.
Feedback: The response sent by the receiver to sender . The feedback also
shows whether the message have been correctly decoded by the receiver or
not.
