Answer:

Communication is very essential for the effectiveness of the business. The

communication process consists of the following elements:

 Sender: Sender is someone who initiates the communication or we can say the
one who wants to send a message to someone.
 Message: A message is a signal , instruction which need to be transmitted to
the receiver for a response.
 Encoding: Encoding means framing the message which needs to be
transmitted. While encoding a message the sender needs to consider the
content of the message, and hoe will it be interpreted by the receiver.
 Channel: Channel is the medium to transmit the message. It can be an email, a
vocal message or a text message etc.
 Receiver: Receiver is someone who gets the message and responds back to
the sender.
 Decoding: Even if the message is received by the receiver, the effectiveness of
the message depends on how the message is being interpreted by the receiver.
 Feedback: The response sent by the receiver to sender . The feedback also
shows whether the message have been correctly decoded by the receiver or
not.

Sub: Orientation of New Employee using video .

Dear Mr. Sourav,

Greetings!!
Hope you are doing well, as we are in an expansion phase, we have to focus on
many areas. In this regarding I would like to propose an idea to showcase the
company introduction to new employees at our different branch offices in form of
video which can be either a video film or a live video conferencing . This will not only
save a lot of time and resources but also decrease the risk of getting infected with
COVID19. As per my analysis we can cut the travelling cost by almost 70% ,
moreover, same employees can be utilized to other segments of the work.

Apart from these, the digital orientation will also impress the new joiners with our
way of using technology and the management

Hope you will look into my proposal.

Thanks and regards,

Answer:

In order to cope up with the situation my steps would be as follows:

 To make an amendment between the PR and Marketing team. : I would

have try to understand the loophole between both the teams and try to mend
the misunderstanding between both of them. If someone from any of the
team found guilty would be warned or punished, based on the level of
mistake
 Resources Management: Employees job enhancement or role and
responsibility changing will get the clear picture on what is the timeframe for
the resource used.
 Press conference: I would have called for the press conference to clarify
the media allegations and provide justification.
