    How it works
    How do employee referrals using RippleHire work?

    1. You spread the word about open jobs with your friends using various
    channels.

    2. Your friends click on the job link in your message. On applying, they
    become your qualified referral.

    3. The recruitment team receives the qualified referral and processes the
    candidate.

    4. You track progress and convince friends with offers to join.

    5. You earn incentive (as per company policy) once they are hired.

    In how many different ways can I refer?
     You can contact Friends through multiple means. You can broadcast the job on
    Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. You can directly reach out to a friend through
    Facebook, LinkedIn, Email. Additionally, on the mobile phone, you can also refer
    Friends by means of WhatsApp or by sharing the unique job link on your
    preferred channel. When the Friends applies, they then become your referral.

     You can share the link on LinkedIn, FB , Twitter by your desktop/laptop when
    you go through RippleHire.

     For sharing Links Via WhatsApp you have to log in through Mobile.
