MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ;
This Agreement is entered into between:
REYMART T. DULAY, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Block 19, Lot# 15 16, Iponan,Cagayan City herein referred
to as the “FIRST PARTY/TRADER”;
and
MAIZA VALCORZA and FERNANDO P. MONDEJAR JR. of legal

age, Filipino, and a resident of San Francisco, Agusan del
Sur, herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY/FINANCER” both
of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement ;
A - DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Trader/Player – a trader as understood in this

agreement is the person who has the capability
and capacity to engage in trading in foreign
exchange for profits.
2. Financer/Investor – is the person who is willing

to financially support the First Party in his
trading business with the intent of accumulating
more profits.
3. Return of Investment (ROI) – is the amount

guaranteed by the First Party to the Second
Party in consideration of the financial support.
4. Non-Disclosure – is the term use in this

contract as to the confidentiality of all the
terms and condition entered into by the parties.
5. Weekly Return – is a period considered for the

return of investment which is understood in this
contract as eight (8) days.
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a person who’s knowledge and

ability in foreign exchange transaction is a potential for
business and money making purposes ;
WHEREAS, foreign exchange transaction is a business

which need financial support to guarantee sustainability ;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is financially capable and is
willing to assist and support the First Party in its
undertaking ;
WHEREAS, both parties have come to a mutual

understanding that their respective ability may be converted
into a formal business undertaking, aware of the respective
duties and responsibility founded on trust and confidence ;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, the parties hereby agree to the following :
B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. That within ____ days from the signing of this

agreement, the Second PARTY shall deposit to the
account of the First Party the amount of
__________________ ;
2. That the said amount shall be duly accounted by the

First Party and any amount that may be deposited or
deliver thereafter ;
3. That in consideration of the above-preceding

paragraphs, the First Party shall guarantee the
Return of Investment (ROI) in the amount of 100% a
week thereafter from every deposit duly accounted ;
4. That in case of failure to comply the above

obligation as stated in paragraph 3 for at least
twice
C – EXCLUSIVITY
5. That this agreement shall be exclusive between the

parties and no other third person should engage in
its implementation and execution unless duly allowed
by the parties through a written consent ;
D – NON-DISCLOSURE
6. That parties should exercise confidentiality on all

the terms and condition this agreement and nothing
shall be divulge or reveal thereof otherwise it
constitute serious breach of this agreement and may
cause its cancellation ;
E - TERMS
7. That this agreement shall only be for a period of Six
(6) months from its execution and shall be considered
terminated thereafter without executing any other
document unless extended by the parties herein ;
F – EFFECTIVITY
8. This agreement shall take effect immediately upon

signing.
