Castillo-Peralta as the Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 29, Regional Trial Court in San Fernando City, La Union. Judge Castillo-Peralta will assume the role upon completing her immersion program and orientation seminar, and will serve until a regular judge is appointed. Branch 29 will also be included in the raffle of newly filed cases as an exemption from previous guidelines. The order was signed in Manila in October 2021.

For a more efficient administration of justice and pursuant to
Section 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, HOD. NIMIA T. CASTILLO-PERALTA, Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge-at-Large, is designated as Acting Presiding Judge (Full-Time) of Branch 29, RTC, San Fernando City, La Union, effective upon completion of her immersion program and orientation seminar, and to continue until the appointment and assumption of judicial functions of the regular judge thereat, and to continue until further orders from the Court.
Judge Castillo-Peralta shall start discharging her administrative
functions after her immersion or while undergoing immersion program. She may commence discharging her judicial functions after completion of both immersion program and orientation seminar-workshop.
Branch 29, RTC, San Fernando City, La Union, shall be
INCLUDED in the raffle of newly-filed cases as an exemption from Section 5, Chapter V of the Resolution effective 15 February 2004 in A.M. No. 03-8-02-SC (Guidelines on the Selection and Appointment of Executive Judges and Defining Their Powers, Prerogatives, and Duties).
