- Help students develop algorithms to solve coding problems and troubleshoot code for the Database
and Computer Security courses, and in Java
• Undergrad Researcher (Sept 2020 – Present)
- Developed solution to stream Tweets live, handle exceptions, and store Tweets in a database using
Python and Cronjobs
- Create data frames of large datasets from MySQL queries, CSV files and apply group by functionalities
and filters on datasets using PANDAS
- Plot data using MatPlotLib, Plotnine, and Seaborn packages for Python
- Analyze the Tweet text to identify frequently used hashtags, words, and tagged users

PROJECTS • Data Visualization (2020):


- Implemented a login page in HTML facilitated through PHP that derived data from a MYSQL database,
perform while maintaining login information integrity
o Derived table data from database and allowed logged user to edit and update table data
- Created interactive data visualization in JavaScript, deriving data from a CSV file uploaded to the browser
and from the database using PHP using the Google charts API and D3.js
• Java (2018 - 2020):
- Formulated a class to represent Fractions achieved through Polymorphism, Inheritance, and Abstraction
to perform basic arithmetic and comparisons
- Implemented a Balance algorithm using Stacks on HTML tags to check if start tags and end tags match
- Designed an Athlete class using Comparators, Lists, and Collections to modify and display a list of Athlete
objects
- Implemented XOR encryption/decryption using randomly generated 16-byte key
• MIPS (2018): Developed programs that squared an integer using a formula and returned the square root of
an integer using a formula
• C (2018): Designed a Grep program, created a program exploring char array functions
• C++ (2016): Developed a Hangman game using char arrays and string functions that built a hangman part
for each wrong answer
