    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, Noriel F. Montaño. Filipino, of legal age and presently residing at Prk. #13, Mandalagan
    Bacolod City Negros Occidental, do hereby name, constitute and appoint Arnel F. Montaño to be true
    and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, and for my own use and benefit,
    to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things.

    1. To apply, follow-up and claim in partial or full and/or final payment of my AMOSUP
    Provident Fund (under JSU Agreement) and to receive the same;

    2. To sign and execute the necessary documents, agreements, and other legal papers
    pertaining thereto;

    3. To encash the said check with the depository bank of the Provident Fund.

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
    perform any act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
    fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present.

    HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
    done by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of April, 2019 at City of
    Bacolod.
