CHAPTER II, ARTICLE III- SECTION I. DISCIPLINE INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED

ON 7/22/21 BY THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE OF THE CAMEROON HUNTSVILLE
ASSOCIATION
“It is expected of all members of the CAMHUNTSVILLE family to adhere to the
rules and regulations of the association and follow the policies and procedures set to manage
the organization. The Cameroon Huntsville Association will not permit any of its members to
incite violence, a conduct that is harassing or defamatory, or that results in any type of moral
ridicule directed at another person or another team member. Such behaviour will necessitate
an immediate inquiry by the authorities. The decision of the Disciplinary Committee is final
and may result in the loss of membership and privileges. Anyone who violates the norms and
regulations of the association will be subject to disciplinary action.”
Mr. Emmanuel Ayuk and Mr. Silver Ngopang are involved in a legal dispute. On
Monday, July 19, 2021, there was a verbal altercation on the project committee forum
between Mr. Emmanuel Ayuk and Mr. Silver Ngopang, which was broadcasted live on the
internet. This matter was brought to the attention of the Cam Huntsville Association
Disciplinary Committee, which conducted an inquiry and took appropriate action in
accordance with the laws and regulations that govern our Association. According to all of the
facts presented, both parties have been heard, and a decision or action has been taken in
relation to both of their respective activities.
Action Number 1. Mr. Silver Ngopang was found guilty of taking part in the verbal
altercation and of failing to follow the proper disciplinary procedure established by the
association in this case. Given that Mr. Silver Ngopang was provoked into this circumstance,
and that he attempted to personally clear the problem by calling Mr. Ayuk before the
altercation and stating that this is the first accusation of misconduct against him, he deserves
special consideration. In accordance with this decision, Mr. Silver Ngopang is subject to a
verbal reprimand and is required to pay a $50 fine within 60 days of the date of this decision.
In Action Number 2, it was determined that Mr. Emmanuel Ayuk had instigated a
moral ridicule over Mr. Silver Ngopang's financial commitment to an association project, and
that he had also defamed Mr. Silver Ngopang by using his personal life as a subject of
mockery on Cam Huntsville's public platform. Chapter II, Article III, Section I of the
Cameroon Huntsville Association's Constitution states that "The Cameroon Huntsville
Association shall not permit any member to instigate an action that is harassing/defamatory
or results in any form of moral mockery toward another member." The Disciplinary
Committee shall launch an urgent investigation into such conduct, which may result in the
suspension or revocation of membership and privileges.”
The Cameroon Huntsville Association, as well as all of its rights and privileges, are
hereby suspended for a period of six months in accordance with its constitution, and Mr.
Emmanuel Ayuk is fined $100, which is to be paid within sixty days of this judgement. It
should also be highlighted that the Association's treasury now has a negative balance in the
amount of $78.75 cent, which is associated with Mr. Emmanuel Ayuk. Cam Huntsville
Jerseys are responsible for this portion of the revenue. Mr. Emmanuel Ayuk refused to return
the $78.75 cents that had been spent on the Jersey when it was placed on order.
Any member of the Cam Huntsville organization who engages in such behaviour is
prohibited from doing so. Membership in this association will be terminated in its entirety if
any member is found to have embezzled or misappropriated the funds of the association,

according to the constitution's Article V, Section III. “He is expected to make good on his
promise to return the money to the Treasury within 60 days of this decision. Despite the fact
that he is on suspension, he is still required to meet any and all financial obligations
associated with his association's membership. The disciplinary committee is working hard to
ensure that no members are dismissed and that all members are corrected. Mr. Emmanuel
Ayuk anticipates that the verdict of this constitution will be followed, given that any
subsequent wrongdoing will result in the imposition of further disciplinary proceedings.
Note: If any party is dissatisfied with the outcome of this trial, they shall file a
handwritten request for an appeal to the disciplinary committee within 30 days. Until the
outcome of the appeal procedure demonstrates otherwise, the party will be bound by the
decision.
