    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT WITH MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    THIS IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I, KATHERINE JOY D. MALANNAG, representative
    of the Owner/Vendor ______________________________, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident
    of Dagupan, Tabuk City, Kalinga HAVE RECEIVED AN AMOUNT OF
    ________________________________________________ (PHP_______________) Philippine
    Currency from ANACLETO C. CARBONEL (Vendee), also of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
    ___________________________________________________, as partial/down payment of one (1)
    residential lot at Bulbul, Rizal, Kalinga, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT
    (278) square meters, Scheme map No. _____ of which Lot No. is part and parcel Lot No. 38 and
    covered by the Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blng. P-36654 and the balance of
    ________________________________________________ (PHP_______________), shall be paid by
    monthly installment for a period of twenty four (24) months in the amount of
    ________________________________________________ (PHP_______________) per month and that
    the amortization shall start one (1) month from date of receipt hereof and thereafter and with the
    following terms and conditions:
    That the Vendee shall be responsible in delivering their amortization to the undersigned Vendor
    or to his authorized representative, Mrs. Katherine Joy D. Malannag;
    That in case of delay of the Vendee’s amortization, an interest of 3% shall be added to the
    amortization based on the above-said amortization of the herein Vendee;
    That in the event that the Vendee shall discontinue the acquisition of the said lot, 25% shall be
    deducted from their total payments and that a total of 75% only shall be given to the Vendee;
    That there shall be no improvement introduced by the Vendee in the said Lot unless and until
    fully paid;
    That upon full payment of the said lot, the Vendor shall execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in favor
    of the Vendee and that all expenses in the transfer of ownership shall be shouldered by the Vendee.
    This agreement is clearly understood by both parties and that any violation of the same shall be
    settled as provided for by law.
