(2016) Responsible Architect for PGESCo Office Building Cafeteria
Renovation Project
Portfolio PGESCo cafeteria is a space of 315 m2, my responsibility was managing
Upon Request and holding the project responsibility from the preliminary design
phase until completion, scope of work included the following:
Generating ideas for all the possibilities of the design, researching
and gathering information and photographs relating to the project,
providing design mood board for the project.
Considering materials and costs according to the project budget.
Selecting and purchasing materials including flooring, lighting, wall
finishes & furniture.
Contacting vendors and following them up during execution and the
manufacturing process of customized designs.
Manage project time frame and coordinate activities schedule.
Supervise assistants who perform the administrative tasks, solving
any facing problems during the execution process.
Arrange furniture and hang ceiling & wall decorations.
(2015) Responsible Architect for PGESCo Office Building Project
Package
Responsibilities include establishing ArchiCAD drawings, preparing
different contract documents and specifications, different architectural
finishes selection, architectural presentation in 2D and 3D. Also
responsibilities included implementing specific architectural works in
accordance with project work schedule, preparing and assisting in the
preparation of design, bills of quantities, cost estimates, tender
documents, as well as the co-ordination with different disciplines (Civil,
Mechanical and Electrical Departments).

Renovation Project
Responsibilities included preparing design and 3D presentation for
PGESCo entrance interior renovation, choosing materials and furniture
that suits best with the already existing condition.

(PGESCo) Power Plants Projects
Responsibilities include establishing ArchiCAD drawings (detailed
construction and preliminary design drawings), preparing different
contract documents, architectural presentation in 2D and 3D, inserting
3D models into the microstation and smartplant software. Also
responsibilities included implementing specific architectural works in
accordance with project work program, preparing and assisting with
the preparation of bills of quantities, architectural designs, drawings,
specifications and tender documents, as well as reviewing and
evaluating different suppliers’ documents and material submittals along
with the co-ordination with different disciplines (Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical, Control Systems and Plant Design Departments) for the
