BRE is a century old organization, and a market leader in the development of sustainability
standards. The Innovation Park, a concept developed by BRE, is a philosophy towards innovation
that truly matches with Ecopark’s vision to become an Innovation Hub of Vietnam.
INNOVATION PARK
The Innovation Park is an area of 2 hectares, operating as a laboratory of innovation within
the field of architecture, design and sustainable development. Tenants, corporations and
start ups within these fields, apply for leases in order to pilot new ideas within their plots.
These ideas, are then graded on a set of standards developed by BRE. Once the projects
have been given the stamp of approval by BRE, the two parties will join in an effort to
