    What Challenges have you encountered?


    Mostly the engineering part of MWSS. This is because I am not familiar with the
    concepts/projects. It was difficult to integrate legal principles with engineering matters/
    projects._______________________________________________________________

    2. What have you contributed in this agency, (if any) and best practices.
    Legal services to the different departments including project participation and
    procurement matters. Another is helping the new Administrator to somehow adjust in the
    Office.

    3. What are the best practices from this agency that you have gained/learned, (if any)
    a. Self-growth. MWSS allows its employees to engage in different trainings for them
    to become more competent and efficient.
    b. Work-Life Balance. MWSS gives time for leisure not just mere work.
    c. Family. Each person treats one as family and not just a mere co-worker.
