After almost a decade in content-related positions of various levels, I chose to take

advantage of my experience in a marketing-oriented role and this is how a thrilling ride in


digital marketing began. Having the privilege to work for Public Retail World, the largest
entertainment retail brand in Greece, I delved into the secrets of e-commerce, as well as
digital and content marketing, further developing my skills and constantly undertaking new
responsibilities.
As Technology Content Marketing Supervisor, my main KPIs had to do with sales, visits and
conversion rate; however my role was far more complex than this. I had to ensure that every
product was presented in a flawless way and promoted through the proper channels, to
come up with the most relevant USPs and approve the creatives for products and services
that were advertised through social media, in newsletters, and on banners.
I was also in charge of the constant evolution of every technology category in Public.gr,
performing competition analyses, finding new ways to further develop our copywriting
techniques and SEO performance, as well as leading and supervising projects that would
offer the company advantages over the competition and provide our customers with a
seamless and pleasant user experience (navigation, performance, added sales, personalised
recommendations, etc.). Data analysis, A/B testing and evaluation were necessary in order
to identify the customers’ needs, and lead my team and associates towards the right
direction.
Shortly after I moved to London, I found myself around the familiar requirements of an
editorial role. Being a member of Figaro Digital for a while, has allowed me to adapt to a
completely new environment from a cultural and linguistic perspective.
My transferable skills and background will allow me not only to develop a creative content
strategy and successfully produce engaging content, but to also blend quickly with the team
and liaise with my peers. I am used into working in fast paced environments and adapt into
dynamically changing priorities and data. I have been working for years on conversion rate
optimisation, having therefore the experience to perform the necessary data analysis and
take the proper actions. I am familiar with Photoshop and a vast array of CMSs such as
WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and ATG.
Throughout my career, I’ve been in charge of various brand profiles on social media, driving
engagement, enhancing their online presence and managing their paid campaigns. I am an
experienced user of tools such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck; social media are after all an
important element of my everyday life. In order to deliver top results, I invest a significant
portion of my time researching and reading about new trends, techniques, tools, and best
practices on social marketing, hence gaining valuable knowledge and staying up-to-date.
An experienced and dependable individual with a “can do” approach, I am the perfect
mixture of creativity and responsibility, experience and enthusiasm. I have the professional
know-how to step into the shoes of any digital, social & content marketing-oriented role and
excel, as well as the passion, the skills and the stomach to face every kind of challenge.
