XML6125 插电式混合动力城市客车，它采用金旅自主研发的插电式混合动力
城市客车底盘，具有优良的动力性能及经济性能，整体造型典雅大方，内部
装饰美观，是极具市场竞争力的客车。可满足城市公交系统及企事业单位的
用车需求。您定会对自己明智的选择倍感自豪。
In order to continuously meet your needs, Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co.,
Ltd. has developed a new member - XML6125 plug-in hybrid city bus, which uses
the self-developed plug-in hybrid city bus chassis and has excellent dynamic
performance and economic performance, elegant overall shape and beautiful interior
appearance; it is a highly competitive passenger car and can serve to satisfy urban
public transport system as well as enterprises and public institutions. You will be
proud of your wise choice.
本说明书简要介绍了金旅牌 XML6125 插电式混合动力城市客车的性能
、参数、使用、维修等，请您务必详细阅读并按其要求，正确操作、维护、
储存，以确保其正常安全运行。若您在使用中出现任何疑问，请与我公司当
地维修网点或我公司售后服务部联系。我们将本着感心服务，用户至上的原
则，提供周详的服务。

This manual briefly introduces the performance, parameters, use, 好
maintenance and other information of Golden Dragon XML6125J13C city bus,
please be sure to read it carefully and perform proper operation, maintenance and
storage in accordance with the requirements therein, to ensure normal and safe
operation. If there is any problem during the operation, please contact our local
maintenance and repair network or our after-sales service department. We will
provide you with comprehensive services on the principles of “Customer Intimacy
and Customer Supreme”.

系统、车轮和悬架。
▲ Before driving the vehicle, make sure that there is no security risk,
especially in braking systems, steering systems, wheels and suspension.
▲ 任一红色报警灯亮起时不要驾驶车辆。
▲ Do not drive the vehicle with any red alarm lamp lighted.
▲ 确认在开车之前所设定的方向盘高度及斜度已锁定，在开车时不
要调整方向盘。
▲ Make sure that the steering wheel height and slope set before driving
the vehicle are locked, and do not adjust the steering wheel while
driving.
▲ 在极湿滑路面上不要使用辅助刹车装置。
▲ Do not use auxiliary brakes on slippery roads.
▲ 驻车时不能入档。
▲ Do not engage in a gear position when parking the vehicle.
▲ 打开水箱盖时要小心,可能会喷出蒸气和热的冷却液。

▲ Be careful of the ejected steam and hot coolant when opening the water
box covert.
▲ 在需要进行电池组和高压用电设备的检修、更换前，需要关闭
钥匙，手动将高压配电柜上部的高压开关关闭，否则有触电的可
能。
▲ 司机离车时，锁门必须锁机械锁。
▲ 禁止对电器盒做任何改动，更换保险片时必须使用相同规格，
严禁使用金属导线替代，否则后果自负。
▲ 控制柜、储能装置严禁擅自移动、改装或拆卸。如果在使用的
过程中出现问题必须由本公司的维修人员进行检修。
▲ 动力电池组、高压用电设备不得擅自打开或插拔，否则有高压
触电的可能。
▲ 长时间停车或停车过夜时,请关闭闸刀总开关，断开整车电源。
▲ 车辆使用前请仔细阅读车上的各种使用标识，如安全门、乘客门等。
▲ 车辆充电时，请勿带电拔枪。
▲ 在充电过程中，当充电设备不能自动停机和通过停机按钮不能停止充
电时，应立即按下充电设备的急停开关，然后关闭交流输入电源。
▲ 久放车辆（超过两周）每两个月需对车辆一次充满电。

第一章重要事项
Chapter I Important Notes
一铭牌介绍
I Nameplate Introduction
为了给您使用保养车辆提供方便，我们将客车的的重要铭牌提示如下，以便您需要时查找。
In order to facilitate your use and maintenance of vehicles, we introduce the important nameplates of the bus as
follows, so that you can find it as needed.
1. 客车铭牌
1. Bus Nameplate
客车铭牌用铆钉固定在前门前地板侧面或者客车铭牌装贴在乘客门框上方，具体方位以实车为准。铭牌主要
标明客车型号、发动机型号、发动机功率、整车总质量、乘客人数、出厂编号、制造日期及整车识别代码(VIN)
等，不同车型、配置或不同销售地区，铭牌内容都会有所不同。如图。
The bus nameplate is installed with rivets on the side of the front floor near the front door.
The nameplate mainly indicates the passenger vehicle model, engine model, engine power, total mass
of the vehicle, passenger numbers, factory number, manufacturing date and vehicle identification
number (VIN), etc., as is shown in the Figure.

2. 底盘铭牌
2. Chassis Nameplate
承载式客车因受结构限制 VIN 代号直接打刻在右前轮位置内侧的车辆结构件上如图所示，另外 VIN 还应
打刻在产品标牌上。
For the load-bearing bus, due to the structural restriction, VIN is directly marked on the vehicle structural parts in
the inside of the right front wheel, as shown in Figure 1-2, which shall also be marked on the product nameplate.

3. 发动机系列编号

发动机型号和系列编号刻印在发动机上盖。外观如下图所示，如果您需要发动机的相关资料请提供完整的
发动机型号。

注：当您需要修理车辆或订购配件时，需要使用整车出厂编号、VIN、和发动机系列号。
Note: when you need to order parts or repair the bus, vehicle factory number, VIN and engine
serial number are required.
二车辆使用中，应注意以下重要事项：
II Pay attention to the following Important Notes when using the vehicle:
1、为了确保安全舒适和车辆的良好状态，在每天开车前，应进行日常检查。
1. In order to ensure the safety and comfort as well as the good condition of vehicle, routine check shall be
performed before driving every day.
2、当警告灯亮起（和/或蜂鸣器响起）时，请及时将车辆停在安全的位置进行检查。如果忽视警告继续行驶，
可能导致车辆损坏或事故的发生。
2. When the alarm lamp lights (and/or buzzer sounds), please stop the vehicle in a safe place to be checked.
If you ignore the warning and continue to drive, vehicle damage or accidents may be resulted in.
3、请勿使用质量不合格的燃油，否则可能会降低发动机的性能并可能导致超出保修范围的故障。
3. Do not use fuel of substandard quality, otherwise the engine performance may be reduced, and failure
beyond the warranty may be resulted in.
4、新车磨合期内应控制载荷和车速。新车磨合期满，请及时和当地金旅特约维修站联系，进行保养。未按
规定进行磨合保养的车辆不享有保修。
4. During the running in period of the new bus, control the load and speed. When the running in period
expires, please contact the Golden Dragon special maintenance station in time for maintenance. The vehicle
not having been maintained as required during the running in period will not be warranted.
5、应在厦门金龙旅行车有限公司授权的金旅特约维修站进行周期保养和维修。
5. Periodical maintenance and repair shall be performed at the Golden Dragon special maintenance station
authorized by Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd..
三安全出口使用说明
IV Emergency Exit Instructions

我公司生产的客车，紧急状况下可作为安全出口的有：乘客门、安全顶窗、侧窗（推拉窗、钢化玻璃、中空玻璃
）、后风窗等。其使用方法如下：
For the bus produced by our company, the parts which can serve as emergency exits under emergency are: passenger doors,
top safe window, side window (sliding window, tempered glass, insulated glass), rear windshield and the like. The methods of
application are as follows:
1. 乘客门操作说明
1. Operating Instructions for Passenger Doors
1、乘客门机械锁操作方法：
1. Operating Method of Passenger Door Mechanical Lock
在乘客门的下部有乘客门机械锁，将钥匙插入钥匙孔内顺时针方向为解除锁止，逆时针方向为锁止；乘客门

的内侧有锁止机构，箭头方向锁止，反之为解锁。
司机离车时，锁门必须锁机械锁。
After leaving the bus, the driver must lock the mechanical lock.
2、乘客门操作方法：
2. Operating Method of Passenger Doors
当您位于车外时，通过前挡风玻璃左下方的乘客门锁可以开启前乘客门。
When you are in the outside of the bus, you can open the front passenger door through
the passenger door lock at the left front of the front windshield.
操作方法：将钥匙插入锁中，顺时针拧动等到乘客门开启后拔出钥匙，若需要关
门则逆时针拧动；
Operating methods: insert the key into the lock, turn it clockwise until the passenger
door opens and then pull out the key; turn the key anti-clockwise to close the door;
3、乘客门开关操作
3. Opening and Closing of Passenger Doors
确认整车电源供电，把蓄电池舱内的电源总开关旋转至通电状态。
Confirm the vehicle power supply, and rotate the power switch in the battery compartment to power state.
请确认操作前解除乘客门机械锁止。
Please make sure that the passenger door mechanical lock is unlocked.
司机可通过仪表台处的乘客门开关按钮打开或关闭乘客门。
The driver can open and close the passenger door through the passenger door switch button on the instrument desk.
按下乘客门开关按钮“1”开启和关闭前乘客门。
按下乘客门开关按钮“2”开启和关闭第二个乘客门。
按下乘客门开关按钮“3”开启和关闭第三个乘客门。
按下乘客门开关按钮“4”开启和关闭第四个乘客门。
4、门应急开关的使用
4. Use of Door Emergency Switch
如果车辆长时间不使用，门泵动力气源会有泄漏，导致气源动力不足，如上述操作无效情况，请使用乘客门
应急阀开门，按照箭头方向旋转 90 度，然后手动拉开乘客门到最大开度。
If the vehicle is not used for a long time, the door pump pneumatic energy source will leak, resulting in insufficient
energy of air source; if the above operation is invalid, please use the passenger door emergency valve to open the door,
rotating 90 degrees following the direction of the arrow and then manually opening the passenger door to the maximum
opening.
应急阀，在它附近贴有对应的标识（如下图所示）：
In terms of the emergency valves, corresponding signs are affixed around them (shown below):

乘客门拉到最大开度后，然后复位应急开关，如果乘客门不在最大开度复位应急阀，乘客门会快速反弹。
When the passenger door is pulled to the maximum opening, reset the emergency switch, but if you reset the emergency
valve under the condition that the passenger door is not at the maximum opening, the door will rebound quickly.
该开关在应急状态下，会影响乘客门正常开关操作。因此操作完成后要及时复位。
The switch will affect the normal opening and closing of the passenger door in emergency state, therefore, resetting is
required as soon as the operation is complete.
2. 安全顶窗
2. Top Safe Window

位于车身顶部，如遇紧急情况打开天窗后从该口迅速撤离。
The window is located at the top of the vehicle body; in case of emergency, open the sunroof, and evacuate from the
opening.
操作方法：双向推开安全顶窗；
Methods of operation: open the two-way opening top safe window;
拉去塑料防护罩；
remove the plastic protective cover;
旋转手柄并推开。
Rotate the handle and open.
3. 侧窗

3. Side Window
推拉窗：按下按扭（如按不下时，将玻璃反推后按下）将两扇中其中一扇开至最大，从窗口迅速撤离。当推
拉窗打不开，或出口不够大时，用安全锤将推拉窗玻璃都打破后，从该口撤离。安全锤位于车辆两侧的立柱上。
Sliding window: press the button (if the button is failed to be knobbed down, push the window to the opposite
direction, and then press the button), open one of the two windows to the maximum opening, and then evacuate from the
opening quickly. If the sliding window fails to be opened, or the opening is not big enough, use the safety hammer to break
all the sliding window glass, and then evacuate from the opening. The safety hammer is positioned on the upright column
at the both sides of the vehicle.

★★★注：全车钢化、中空玻璃时所有玻璃均可砸破，作为安全出口。选装夹层玻璃时，只有贴安
全出口标识(如图 1-8 所示)的玻璃才可砸碎，作为紧急出口。
★★★Note: in case of tempered and insulated glass for the whole bus, all the glass can be broken to
serve as emergency exits. If laminated glass is selected, only the glass attached with emergency exit
signs (shown in Figure 1-8) can be broken to serve as emergency exits.

在进入夏季或冬季的换季保养时，应选用适时牌号的机油,选用建议表如下图:
In the summer or winter seasonal maintenance, oil of appropriate brand shall be adopted; the suggestion table for
selection is below:
（机油一般有质量等级和黏度等级，此处仅为黏度等级。另外，各发动机厂都有其推荐的品牌及具体型号）
(Generally, there are quality grade and viscosity grade for oil, but the table below only refers to viscosity grade. In addition,
each engine plant has its own recommended brand and specific model.)

显示仪表包括：组合仪表、倒车监视器等。
方向盘及其上面的各种控制器主要负责车辆的转向操作、转向信号和雨刮器的控制。
制动踏板、加速踏板、传动换挡器控制车辆的制动、加速等运动状态。

往前推，为右转向指示，此时转向灯以 90±30 次/分钟闪烁。
Pushing it forward enables the right turn indicator, and then the
turn indicator flashes at a frequency of 90 ± 30 times/minute.
往后拉，为左转向指示，此时转向灯以 90±30 次/分钟闪烁。
Pushing it backward enables the left turn indicator, and then the
turn indicator flashes at a frequency of 90 ± 30 times/minute.
当方向盘回零时，转向开关自动回到初始位置，转向指示灯
闪烁自动解除。
When the steering wheel returns to zero, the turn switch returns to
the initial position automatically, and then the turn indicator stop
flashing automatically.

顺时针旋转依次为: OFF 档、间歇档、低速档、高速档。雨

刷通过组合开关上的旋转开关控制。当开关在 ON 位置，电机
旋转并且连接到电机轴的摆臂做出一个直线运动。通过曲轴传
动，带动连接到摆臂杆上的雨刷器，在车窗上做周期运动。
Clockwise rotating sequence: OFF position, intermittent gear,

low gear and high gear. The wiper is controlled by the rotary switch
on the combination switch. When the switch is in ON position, the
motor rotates, and the swing arm connected to the motor shaft
accomplishes a linear movement. The crankshaft drives the wiper
connected to the swing arm bar to do periodic movement on the
window.
缓速器开关（前后拨动手柄）
Retarder Switch (front and rear toggle handle)
0 缓速器不工作；1、2、3、4 分别对应缓速器 1、2、3 档

位。
0 retarder disabled; 1, 2, 3, 4 correspond to the 1, 2, 3, 4 gear of

the retarder respectively.
请勿将雨刮器干刮，需要时按下洗涤器按钮，再启动雨刮器。
The wiper shall not work without the assistance of the washer; press the washer button when
needed, and then enable the wiper.

LOCK 档：转动钥匙至此档，ACC 档断电。

LOCK Position: rotate the key to this position to de-energize
the ACC position.
ACC 档（辅助档）：接通整车总电源及辅助设备，由 ON
档回至此档时发动机熄火。
ACC Position (auxiliary): switching on the whole vehicle and
the auxiliary equipment; the engine turns off when the switch
returns to this position from ON position.
ON 档（点火档）：接通行驶用电设备
ON Position (ignition): switching on the electrical equipment
for driving
ST 档（起动档）：接通起动马达，发动机起动后自动回至
ON 档。

ST Position (start): switching on the starting motor; the

switch returns to ON position automatically after the engine starts.
启动时，变速箱置于空档，后舱门处于关闭状态，点火钥匙转到“ST(START)”位置，起动发
动机，否则发动机无法启动。
During the startup, set the transmission in neutral position, with the rear compartment closed,
and then rotate the ignition key to “ST(START)” position to start the engine, otherwise, the
engine can not be started.
★特别注意：

当发动机熄火停止运转后,方可将点火钥匙旋转至 LOCK 位置。
The ignition key shall not be switched to LOCK Position until the engine turns off and stops
rotating.
当第一次启动发动机没有成功,请等 2 分钟后再进行第二次启动。
In case of failure of the first engine start, please wait for 2 minutes before starting the engine
again.
如果三次启动未发动起动机,请检查燃气供给系统。
If the third start of engine fails, please check the gas supply system.
6. 方向盘调整机构

方向盘调整机构如上图所示。
The steering wheel adjustment mechanism is as shown in the above figure.
驾驶员可根据需要调整方向盘位置，松开管柱左侧锁紧手轮可进行方向盘上下调节，松开管柱
右侧锁紧手轮可进行方向盘前后调节，顺时针旋转锁紧手轮为拧紧，逆时针旋转锁紧手轮为松
开。
The driver can adjust the steering wheel as needed: releasing the locking handwheel on the left of the
column can accomplish the up-down adjustment of the steering wheel, while releasing the locking
handwheel on the right of the column can adjust the longitudinal adjustment of the steering wheel;
rotating the locking handwheel clockwise can tighten it, while rotating counter-clockwise can release
it.

This type of safety belt shall cross the shoulder, chest and hip.
需要系紧时：
If required to fasten the safety belt:
1、抓住锁体和锁舌。
1. Hold the lock and belt latch.
2、慢慢拉出腰部／肩部安全带。
2. Pull out the waist/shoulder belt slowly.
3、将锁舌插入锁体，直到听到“咔嗒”响声。
3. Insert the belt latch into the lock until you hear a “click” sound.
4、确定肩带和身体贴合。
4. Make sure that the shoulder belt fits the body.
系紧过程中，让安全带的腰带部分尽可能低地横跨髋部。向上提拉安全带的肩带部分使安全带的腰带部分正
好贴紧身体。这样可使坚固的盆骨承受冲击力，减少受内伤的可能性。
During the fastening of safety belt, the waist belt of the safety belt shall cross over the hip as low as possible. Pull up
the shoulder belt of the safety belt to allow the waist belt to closely fit the body, which can enable the solid pelvis to
withstand impact, thus reducing the possibility of internal injuries.
如有必要，应再次向上提拉安全带，以消除肩带部分的松弛现象。然后检查安全带是否贴身越过前胸，越过肩膀。

If necessary, pull up the safety belt once again to eliminate the slack of the shoulder belt. Then check the safety belt to
make sure that it has crossed over the chest and shoulder with close fit to the body, which can disperse the impact in the
upper body.
如果座椅安全带触到您的颈部，或者只搭在您的胳膊处而非肩部，可以适当调节肩部安全带的高度。向上推
调节器即可提高安全带的高度。向下拉调节器即可降低安全带高度。完成调整后要确保调节器锁止。
If the seat belt touches your neck, or just rests on your arm rather than the shoulder, you can adjust the height of the
shoulder belt properly. Pushing up the adjuster can increase the height of the safety belt, and pulling down the adjuster can
reduce the height. After the adjustment, please make sure to lock the adjuster.
欲解开座椅安全带时，按下锁体上的红色“PRESS”按钮即可。
Press the red “PRESS” button on the lock body to unlock the seat belt.
注意：驾驶员安全带的调整必须在行车之前进行，只能在车辆静止状态下进行安全带的调整。

ECAS 组成：
The ECAS components include:
电子控制单元（ECU）、电磁阀、高度传感器、压力开关、ECAS警告灯、ECAS故障灯、指示灯、功能
选择开关、线束、压力传感器(可选)、溢流阀（可选）和管路滤清器（可选）等。
Electronic control unit (ECU), solenoid valve, position sensor, pressure switch, ECAS warning light, ECAS
failure light, indicator, function selection switch, wiring harness, pressure sensor (optional), overflow valve
(optional) and pipe filter (optional) and so on.
ECAS 系统功能
ECAS system function
（1）正常高度（高度Ⅰ）控制
（1）Regular height (height I) control
这是ECAS的基本功能，通过恒定比较高度传感器提供的高度和储存在ECU种的标定高度，ECAS随时感
知车辆的目前高度，如果高度差超过了设定的公差范围，电磁阀就被激发，通过增加和减少气囊的压力将
实际高度调整到标定高度。不同于常规空气悬挂系统，ECAS不仅控制正常高度而且控制其他预先选择的高
度。不管上、下车的乘客多少，都保持任何预先设置的高度。
This is the basic function of ECAS and enables ECAS to perceive the current height of the passenger car at any
time by constantly comparing the height indicated by the position sensor and the calibrated height stored in ECU.
The solenoid valve shall be stimulated and shall adjust the real height to the calibrated height by increasing and
decreasing the pressure in the airbag if the height difference exceeds the set tolerance range. Different from regular
air suspension system, ECAS could control the regular height as well as other pre-selected heights. Any preset height
shall be kept no matter how many passengers get on or get off.
（2）高度Ⅰ/Ⅱ

正常高度Ⅰ是车辆生产厂家设置的正常行驶高度，这个高度考虑了弹簧的舒适性、驾驶安全性和满足
法规的车身高度。特殊高度Ⅱ是不同于正常高度的高度，确定这一高度时考虑了特定的架势条件。特殊高
度Ⅱ的高度值在ECU的参数中标定。需要注意的是特殊高度Ⅱ不受速度限制，并不会在高速的情况下自动
回复到高度Ⅰ，车辆不可长时间在高度Ⅱ运行，否则会影响车辆零部件及行车舒适性。
Regular height I is the regular driving height set by the passenger car manufacturer by considering the spring
comfort, driving safety and ensuring the height of the body in conformity with the regulation. Special height II,
the value of which is calibrated in the ECU parameters, is different from the regular height and is influenced by
certain structure condition. Note that special II is not limited by speed and will not return to height II automatically
at high speed. The passenger car could not be driven for long time at height II, or the components of the passenger
car and the driving comfort will be influenced.
（3）通过提升/下降按键进行手动高度调节

在一定车速下，可提升和降低车身。车速通过ECU参数25来设置。提升和下降开关均是复位开关。下
降时，必须保证气囊供气压力大于6Bar，否则下降开关不起作用。
The passenger car body could be ascended and descended at certain speed. The passenger car speed is set
by ECU parameter 25. The ascending and descending buttons are also reset switches. The supply pressure of the
air bag must be greater than 6 Bar in descending or the descending switch will not function.
（4）恢复正常高度
（4）Restore to the regular height
通过开关控制，恢复正常高度开关是一复位开关。
The regular height restoring switch is a reset switch controlled by switch.
通过车速控制，车辆超过该速度，自动回复正常高度。该速度通过ECU 参数26 设置。
The passenger car will restore to the regular height if the speed which is set through ECU parameter 26 is
exceeded through speed control.
（5）限高
（5）Height limit
一旦达到设定的最低和最高位置，ECU将自动结束高度调节。
ECU will automatically end height adjustment if the set minimum and maximum height are reached.
（6）侧跪
（6）Kneeling
Kneeling是用于客车的一种特殊功能。“Kneeling”功能可降低车门侧踏步高度，便利乘客上下车。侧跪
高度取决于ECU参数21和参数23设置。
Kneeling is a special function for passenger cars. “Kneeling” could descend the side pedal height of the
passenger car door for the passenger to get on and off the passenger car. The kneeling height is determined by
the setting of ECU parameter 21 and parameter 23.
Kneeling发生在车速5Km/h下，并且车辆高度不超过正常高度Ⅰ，否则，车辆首先降到正常高度，然后
开始Kneeling。
Kneeling occurs when the passenger car speed is less than 5Km/h and under the condition that the
passenger car height is lower than regular height I or the passenger car will ascend to the regular height first and
then begin kneeling.
Kneeling开关是复位开关。金旅WABCO ECAS ECU的参数设置为自动侧跪，只需短时按键即可自动完成
侧跪。当车速大于7km/h或者按下“恢复正常高度”按键，车辆自动恢复正常高度。
Kneeling switch is a reset switch. The parameter for Jinlv WABCO ECAS ECU is set as automatic kneeling
which can be complete by short time pressing of the button. The bus will automatically recover to the regular
height when the bus speed is higher than 7km/h or the “restore to regular height” button is pressed.
（7）监视供气压力
（7）Monitoring the supply pressure
通过压力开关来检测给气囊供气的储气筒的气压，如果储气筒供气压力低于6Bar，ECAS将不允许
kneeling和下降。
Pressure in the reservoir pump which supply gas to the air bag will be checked by pressure switch and ECAS
will not allow kneeling and descending if the supply pressure of the reservoir pump is lower than 6Bar.
如何判断 ECAS 系统工作正常
How to judge whether the ECAS functions normally
打开点火开关后，警告灯和高度指示灯亮 2 秒，然后灭掉，表明系统工作正常。
The warning light and the height indicator shall be on for 2 seconds and then off after the ignition switch is

turned on, indicating that the system functions normally.

如果高度指示灯(黄色警告灯)亮，说明当前高度不在正常高度上。若此时车辆气压充足，按下回复正常
高度按键，黄灯应灭。
It indicates that the current height is not the regular height if the height indicator (yellow warning light) is on
and the height indicator shall turn off if the “restore to regular height” is pressed under the condition that the bus
air pressure is enough.
如果故障指示灯(红色故障灯)亮，说明 ECAS 系统存在故障。
It indicates that there is a failure in the ECAS system if the failure indicator(red failure light) is on.
当系统出现故障时，红色故障灯一直亮(故障不严重)，红色故障灯闪烁(故障严重)，以提醒驾驶员系统
出现故障。
The system failure is not serious if the red failure light is always on and the system failure is serious if the red
failure light flashes to remind the driver that there is a system failure.
造成灯亮的原因：
The reasons that cause the lights on are as follows:
h警告灯(黄灯)长亮：车辆高度不在正常高度，可按回复正常高度按键解决故障。
亮The warning light (yellow light) is always on if the actual bus height is not the regular height and the
failure can be resolved by pressing the “restore to regular height”.
e警告灯(黄灯)闪烁：给气囊供气的储气筒压力小于6Bar。此时应检查车辆气压供应，或者检查气路
漏气情况。
此The warning light (yellow light) flashes if the reservoir pump that supply pressure to the gas bag is lower
than 6Bar. Check the bus pressure supply or check whether the gas circuit leaks.
(故障灯(红色)长亮：是指有一个不严重的缺陷。例如：蓄电池电压不足，小于18V；其它可能性故
障，例如：尽管电磁阀被激发但车身不上升。
其The failure light (red light) is always on if the failure is not serious. For example, the battery voltage is
less than 18V or other possible failures such as the solenoid valve is stimulated but the bus body does not ascend.
o故障灯(红色)闪烁：是指系统严重故障或者系统处于检测模式中。系统严重缺陷举例：高度不能被
监测和控制。
烁The failure light(red light) flashes if there is a severe failure in the system or that the system is in the test
mode. One example of the severe system failures is that the height can not be monitored and controlled.
o侧跪灯亮：车辆处于侧跪高度。
跪The kneeling light is on if the bus is at the kneeling height.
跪高度Ⅱ指示灯亮：车辆处于特殊高度Ⅱ。
。The height II indicator is on if the bus is at Special height II.
注意：车辆不能长时间工作在特殊高度Ⅱ，否则对减震器及整车寿命会产生不良影响。仅在特殊工
况下使用这一特殊高度，过了特殊高度，需要马上恢复正常车辆行驶高度。
Notes: The bus can not operate long time at Special height II or bad influence will be caused to shock
absorber and the bus life. The Special height is used only under special situations and need to be restored to the
regular driving height immediately if the Special height is exceeded.

更好的保持力，首先须踩下制动踏板，在设定停车制动器的同

pedal is depressed and kept the depressed state while the parking
brake is set.

能让发动机以最大输出功率工作。走合期间要谨慎驾驶，随时注意车辆是否出现异常现象。新车走合期里
程规定为2500公里。新车走合期内应遵守下列规定：
Remember that the new bus can not work at the maximum output power to keep best performance, higher
efficiency and longer life of the bus. Drive carefully in the commissioning period and constantly notice the abnormal
situation. The new bus shall travel for 2500 km during the running-in period and the following regulations shall be
met in the running-in period.

company when the your bus travels 2000-3000 kms (for detailed address and contacts
please refer to attendant "Service Manual"). No commissioning and maintenance as
specified is deemed as a waiver.

将车辆停放在平地上，抽出机油量油尺，查看油底壳的油面高度，应保持在凹槽区之内，不足时即应
添加，加油时请勿超过油位计的“最高”标线，若在超过额定量的油位状态下操作发动机，则会导致发动机
故障。（具体操作详见“第六章”）

Park the bus on flat ground, extract the oil dipstick out to check the oil level in the oil pan. The oil level shall be
kept within the groove area and shall be filled if insufficient. The filling shall not exceed the “highest” mark on the
oil level gauge or engine failure shall be caused if the engine is operated under the condition that the oil level exceeds
the rated level. (For detailed operation please refer to Chapter VI)
2、检查冷却液水位

查看膨胀水箱水量是否足够，正常水位应处于“高”和“低”两条刻度线之间。如下图所示
Check if the water in the expansion water tank is sufficient. The regular water level shall be between the
markings ”MAX” and “MIN” as shown in the following Figure.
如发现冷却液水位突然降低，可能是冷却系统漏水。请检查散热器和其管道有无漏水，或检查停车地
面有无漏水痕迹。
The cooling system may leaks if the coolant level drops suddenly. Please check if the radiator and other pipes
leak or check if there is any trace of leakage in the parking ground .
检查应在冷却液温度处于正常温度范围后进行，以防热冷却液和蒸气可能喷出将您烫伤。
The check shall be conducted when the coolant temperature is in the regular range so as to prevent
the possible spray of hot coolant level and steam which may cause injury to you.
3、查看燃油箱内的油量。

Check the oil level and ensure the oil is sufficient.
4、检查低压油路

将输油泵手动拉扭旋开，上下往复运动，使低压油路充满燃油。
Turn off the manual knob of the fuel pump and make it do back-forth motion to fill the low pressure oil circuit
with fuel oil.
若低压油路内存有空气时可旋松放气螺钉将空气排尽后再旋紧放气螺钉和输油泵手动拉扭。
Loosen the release screw to drain the air completely and secure the screw and the manual knob of the fuel
pump if there is air in the low pressure oil way.
5、检查三角皮带的张力和受损情况

三角皮带的张力过松或过紧，将导致交流发电机的负荷异常和故障。检查三角皮带，并将其张力调整
正确，如发现皮带受损，务必更换新品。（具体操作详见“第六章”）
Load abnormality and failure will be caused to the AC generator if the V-belt is too loose or too tight. Check
the V-belt and adjust it to the correct tension. Make sure to replace if the belt is damaged. (For detailed operation
please refer to Chapter VI)

release the connecting bolts between fuel pipe and fuel filter to discharge air until fuel spills; after the pumping, the
pushing bar of the manual pump shall be pushed back to the original place.

将钥匙转至第二档，发动机即起动，起动后迅速松开离合器踏板，保持低速转动，严禁猛踏油门。
Rotating the key to the second gear can start the engine; release the clutch pedal as soon as the engine is
started, and then keep the engine rotating in low speed (sudden stepping on accelerator is strictly prohibited).
1.23 寒冷地区车辆冷机状态建议的启动步骤

stop immediately to perform check;

上，解除驻车制动后，方可起步。

instruments and indicators work normally, the outlet water temperature is above 60℃; the vehicle can not
travel before the parking brake is released. On flat and hard road, the vehicle can be started in the first gear
or second gear.

机油压力表应在 0.3～0.5Mpa(3～5kg/c ㎡) 范围内
The oil pressure gauge shall range from 0.3 to 0.5Mpa (3 to 5kg/c ㎡)
发动机最适宜的冷却液温度在 83°C～95°C 范围内
The optimum engine coolant temperature shall range from 83°C to 95°C
双针气压表指针在 0.5～0.8Mpa(5～8kg/c ㎡)范围内
The pointer of the cross-pointer manometer barometer shall range from 0.5 to 0.8Mpa (5 to 8kg/c ㎡)
◇应尽量避免突然加速或紧急制动
◇Sudden accumulation or emergency brake shall be avoided or minimized
◇行车中听到不正常声响或闻到不正常的气味，应停车检查。
◇In case of abnormal sounds or smell during the travelling, stop the vehicle to perform check.
◇下坡时严禁将发动机熄灭，发动机熄灭会造成制动管路气压不足，动力转向失效。
◇It is strictly prohibited to turn off the engine when going downhill; otherwise, the pressure in the brake pipe
will be insufficient, thus resulting in the failure of power steering.
◇客车行驶时应注意观察低气压报警灯，当警告灯亮，或气压报警器响时应立即停车检查。
◇Attention shall be paid to the low air pressure warning light during the travelling of bus, and when the warning

漆面是否完好，充电枪是否灵活完好，连接线是否破损，触摸屏、指示灯是否正常。
3）充电站消防器材是否齐全且有效，摆放整齐、位置合理，道路畅通，取用方便。
4 ）大风、雷雨、冰雪、雾天前后需要巡视充电设备。
3) 突发事件的应急处置
1）当充电设备不能自动停机和通过停机按钮不能停止充电时，应立即按下充电设备的急停开关，然后关
闭交流输入电源。
2）当出现起火燃烧，应立即切断交流输入电源，用沙子、干粉或 CO2 灭火器等熄灭火焰，并迅速与有关
部门联系救援。
警告：车辆充电时，请勿带电拔枪。

requirements can cause starting problems in winter, poor combustion and other problems.
◇后桥壳内减速成齿轮必须按规定使用润滑油（详见第六章）。严禁使用普通齿轮油，以免导致齿轮的
早期磨损。
◇The reduction gear in the rear axle housing must be lubricated with required lubricating oil (see Chapter VI).
Regular gear oil is prohibited to use, to prevent early wear of the gear.

simultaneously, the element shall be checked for damage and shall be replaced if damage exits. If the vehicle
often travels on dusty roads, more removal operation is required.

发电机与整流器就会损坏。
◇This vehicle is equipped with a silicon rectifier AC generator, and when used, special attention shall be paid
to the earth wire (negative earth) of the battery, once reversed, the generator and rectifier will be damaged.
◇若由于客车车身的修理而需要焊接时，要断开手闸刀开关，将交流发动机的连线全部拆下，并把与
ABS、发动机、变速箱（自动箱）、缓速器等电控设备的电脑盒接线全部断开，焊接机的地线尽量安
装在焊接部位附近，然后再进行焊接作业。
◇If welding is required due to the repair of bus body, prior to the welding, disconnect the knife blade switch
first, and then remove all the connecting lines of the AC engine, simultaneously, disconnect all the control
unit wiring with the electronic control equipment such as ABS, engine, transmission (auto box), retarder, etc.,
and install the ground wire of the welding machine as closely as possible to the welding position.

vehicle. Therefore, you play a vital role in the various aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance.

Warning: the bus shall be parked in flat areas by using parking brake, with also the wheels blocked, to prevent
the bus moving. The shift lever shall also be set in “neutral” position.

In the replacement or repair of any parts, ensure that the ignition switch in “OFF” or “LOCK” position.

In the case of high engine temperature, no operation shall be performed under the compartment, and the engine

shall be turned off to cool it down.

If work shall be performed under the running of engine, keep your hands, clothes and hair as well as the tools

Prior to the maintenance of the bus, it is recommended to tie down or take off large clothes and remove the
accessories such as rings, watches and the like.

If you have to run the engine in such a closed environment like a garage, make sure there are proper ventilation
conditions for exhaust emission.

Never go in under the bus when it is supported only by jack. But if it is a must, please support the bus with
safety brackets.

Keep smoky objects, flames and sparks away from the fuel and battery.

Warning: the used oil shall be disposed of properly. Do not pour it to the ground, into ditches and rivers,
but process it in the appropriate garbage plant. Golden Dragon maintenance station is recommended to
replace the oil.

Be careful of scalding due to hot engine oil.

Long-term repeated contact with oil may cause skin cancer. Avoid the direct contact of used oil with skin. In
case of contact with the used oil, clean the contact spots thoroughly with soap or hand cleaning agents as well as a
lot of water.

The used engine oil shall be stored in labeled containers out of the reach of children.

Note: The waste oil must be disposed of properly, following the local laws and regulations.

(8) Clean and reinstall the drain plug and the new washer. Use a wrench to tighten the drain plug. Do not
overexert.

(9) Refill to the recommended amount of engine oil, and do not take out the dip stick when injecting engine oil.
(10)牢固安装机油加注口盖。

of the engine cooling system shall be conducted by Golden Dragon maintenance station. Maintenance procedures
can be found in the maintenance manual in appropriate Golden Dragon maintenance station. Incorrect maintenance
will reduce the radiator performance and cause engine over-heating.
6. 驱动皮带的检查

7. Check the functionality of brake booster

(1)在关闭发动机的情况下。反复踩下和放开脚制动器踏板数次。如果每次踩下脚制动踏板的移动距离
(行程)相同请继续进行下一步
(1)Depress and release the foot brake pedal for several times under the condition of engine shutdown. Please
move to the next step if the moving distance (driving distance) is the same between every depressing of the foot brake
pedal.
(2)踩住脚制动踏板。起动发动机。踏板高度应下降一点
(2)Keep depressing down the foot brake pedal and start the engine. The pedal height shall be lowered slightly.
(3)在踩下脚制动踏板的情况下。关闭发动机。踩住踏板保持约 30 秒。踏板的高度应保持不变
(3)Stop the engine and depress down the pedal for about 30 seconds under the condition of depressing down the
foot brake pedal. The pedal height shall be kept the same.
(4)松开脚制动踏板，让发动机工作 1 分钟。然后关闭发动机。踩下脚制动踏板数次。随着每次踩下。
制动踏板的行程会逐渐减少。这是因为助力器中的真空逐渐消失
(4) Release the foot brake pedal, let the engine work for 1 min and then shutdown the engine. Depress the foot
brake pedal for several times. The stroke after pressing down the brake pedal will gradually reduce with every
depressing because the vacuum in the booster is gradually reducing.
如果制动器工作不正常。请让金旅维修站检查制动器。
Please have the brake checked in Golden Dragon maintenance station if the brake
functions abnormally.
8. 雨刮片的更换
8. Replace the wiper blade

(1)从挡风玻璃上抬起雨刮器臂。
(1)Raise the wiper arm from the windshield.
(2)松开紧固螺母，然后移动雨刮片，将其卸下。
(2)Loosen the fastening nut and remove the wiper blade.
(3)拆下雨刮片。

为了获得满意的行驶总里程，根据标准对轮胎进行充气是非常重要的，严禁在无气或气压不足时继续
行驶。正常的轮胎气压是使车轮加载后轮胎接地印迹大小合适，中间三道花纹与地面接触。胎内气压的检查
应在冷态下进行。
It is very important to inflate the tyre according to the standard to receive satisfactory total driving millage.
Driving is strictly prohibited on flat tyres or tyres of insufficient pressure. Regular tyre pressure shall enable right
tyre printing size on the ground after loading with three central treads contacting the ground. The tyre pressure shall
be checked under cold state.
轮胎装配时应清除轮辋上的锈斑及其它杂物。前、后车轮螺母在安装时应分两次拧紧。首先依次拧紧，
使车轮定位，然后按对角线次序拧紧至规定力矩。
Remove the rust and other waste before fitting the tyre. Front and rear wheel nuts shall be tightened two times
in installation. The nuts shall be tightened in sequence first to align the wheels and then tightened in diagonal sequence
to specified torque.
车辆在行驶一段时间后，应检查轮胎螺母的紧固程度，如有松动，应及时按规定的力矩拧紧。
Check the tightness of the wheel nut after certain driving period. Tighten the nuts to specified torque if they
are loosened.
为了保证轮胎均匀磨损，一般在行驶里程达 8000KM 时进行轮胎换位，其交叉换位路线如下图。
The tyre position shall be changed when the millage of the passenger bus reaches 8000KM, to ensure even
wear of the tyres. The changing method is shown in the following picture.

备轮升降器为悬链式内啮合轮转动。备轮升降器固定在车架上，升降起备轮时，只要将备轮固定在轮
架上，用手摇紧以后，沿相后方向退回 15 度即可。
Spare tyre lifter is turned by suspended chain type crescent wheel. Spare tyre lifter is installed on the passenger
car bracket. Fix the spare tyre on the wheel carrier, roll tight by hand and withdraw 15 degrees backward when lifting
or dropping the spare tyres.
备轮升降器的维护

每日行驶前需检查备胎是否松动，链条和轮架弹簧有无断裂现象，一旦发现应立即更换，为了防止生
锈，以便升降省力，应经常在升降器传动器传动部分涂以润滑油。
Check if the spare tyre is loosened before daily driving, check if the chain and the wheel carrier spring is
cracked and replace if necessary. Frequently coat the drive part of the lifter transmission with lubricating oil to prevent
rust and save lifting and dropping effort.
如何取备胎

将千斤顶放在车底横梁的支车座（小圆饼形状的）里，将撬棒（随车工具里有）插到千斤顶，上下运
动就可将千斤顶顶起。将随车工具里的备胎升降杆从前乘客门踏步竖直面通过孔插入，与备胎升降器摇杆连
接好，逆时针摇动备胎升降杆，备胎会缓慢下落直到完全落到地面，然后取出备胎
Put the jack into the supports (small round cake shape) on the beam under the passenger bus, put the crowbar
(available in the vehicle tools) into the jack and move it up and down to lift the jack. Insert the spare tyre lifting rod
through the passing hole on the front passenger door stepping vertical pedal and connect it with rocker of the spare
tyre lifter, roll the spare tyre lifting rod counterclockwise and take out the spare tyre until the spare tyre slowly and
completely to the ground.

长期停驶的车辆，会因为受到大气侵蚀而使各总成和机构的技术状况逐渐变坏，以致失去原有的技术性
能。为了减轻这种不良影响，车主应该经常对停驶的车辆进行必要的养护工作，以使其处于良好的性能状
况。
Long-term hauled-up vehicle shall lose its original technical performance because atmospheric erosion will
gradually worsen the technical status of the assembly and mechanisms. The vehicle owners shall do necessary
maintenance work to the hauled- up vehicle to reduce this bad influence and keep the vehicle in good performance
condition.
1. 防止金属生锈
1. Avoid metal rust

锈蚀主要是空气中的水分、氧气以及腐蚀性物质的共同作用造成的。因此，对于长期停驶的汽车，应保
持金属表面清洁。停放车辆的车库内应经常保持通风，使空气相对湿度保持在 70%以下。需及时清除汽车
上的灰尘、脏物和水分。在易锈蚀的部位和机件表面应涂以机油、润滑脂或者用油纸包扎起来。对于各总成
机构上的孔隙，应加以密封，避免空气、水分和灰尘进入内部。
Rust is resulted from cooperation effort of moisture, oxygen and corrosive substances in the air. So the long-
term hauled-up vehicle shall keep a clean metal surface. The garage that stores the vehicle must always be ventilated
to keep the relative air humidity under 70%. Remove the dust, dirt and water on the vehicle in time. Coat the easily
corroded parts and surface of the mechanical components with engine oil or grease or pack them with oil paper. The
gaps and holes on the assembly mechanism shall be sealed to prevent air, water and dust going into the interior.

汽车上的橡胶制品，如轮胎、传动带以及防尘罩等，经常会发生老化、膨胀或者为形现象，致使性能变
坏，使用寿命变短。
Rubber products such as tyres, transmission belts, and dust hood of the vehicle will usually get aged, expanded
or deformed and their performance shall be worsened and their service life be shortened.
橡胶制品老化，主要是由于橡胶属于不饱和的高分子碳氢化合物，容易吸收空气中的氧而氧化，同时硫
化橡胶还有一定的透气性，氧容易进入内部起氧化作用。特别是直射阳光，能促使橡胶迅速老化。橡胶制品
被汽油、机油沾污后，会导致体积膨胀，胶质变松，弹性下降。
The rubber products will get aged because rubber which belongs to unsaturated macromolecule hydrocarbons
is prone to absorb the oxygen in the air and get oxidized. Besides the vulcanized rubber is comparatively permeable
to allow the oxygen to go inside and allow the occurring of oxidation. In particular, direct sunlight will fasten the
aging process of the rubber. The rubber products will become expanded in volume, loosened in gum and deteriorated
in elasticity after being polluted by gasoline and engine oil.
为防止橡胶制品地老化，应避免阳光直接照射及矿物油接触。
Direct sunlight and contact with mineral oil shall be avoided to prevent the rubber products from aging.
3. 防止棉麻制品的霉烂
3. Avoid rottenness of the cotton and linen products

棉麻制品及地毯等都很容易吸收水分，特别是在潮湿地区和阴雨季节，更易受潮霉变。因此车主应对车
上的棉麻制品经常检查，适时晾晒，保持干燥。
Cotton, linen products and carpet are prone to absorb water and more prone to get damp and decayed in humid
regions and rainy season. Therefore the owner shall often check the cotton and linen products in the vehicle and dry
them in the air to keep them in a dry condition.
4. 经常检查发动机的工作状况
4. Frequently check the working condition of the engine

每月至少起动发动机一次，怠速运转 4-5min，检查发动机的运转情况。如有异常现象，需及时调整、维
修。
Start the engine at least once a month and idle for 4-5min to check the engine operation condition. Adjust and
repair the engine in time if abnormal situation occurs.
七、插电式混合动力系统保养要求
与常规汽车一样，插电式混合动力城市客车需要进行定期保养，除按常规车辆保养要求进
行常规保养外，需增加以下的保养项目：

1) 时刻检查控制系统是否正常工作，以及电源系统状态是否正常。控制器及所有电控装
置严禁用水冲洗，每次保养用风枪、毛刷对控制器外表尤其散热片、电线插头清扫一
次（不要拔出电线插头），同时检查电线插头，确保接插良好无松动，保证电控装置清
洁干燥；
2) 电机、电池及其线路的绝缘电阻检测：每 2 万公里进行一次或受水淹等可能令绝缘电
阻下降的事故后进行检测（电机控制器必须离线后方能进行检测）；
3) 每次保养对驱动电机外表清洁一次，对高压线路进行目检及紧固检查，发现损伤及松
动要及时处理。高压电路的保养必需由合格电工，并严格遵守电工安全操作规程进行。
1、电池系统维护保养
1) 一般性保养
以清洁、检测为主，由驾驶员负责执行车辆保养（出车前、行驶中、收班后对车辆的保养）

1）变速器用油
变速器齿轮油用油应符合下述要求：
 粘度等级：SAE80W/90 或 SEA85W/90
 油品性能：符合 API-GL4 或 MIL-L-2105
2）油量
对变速器部分首次加油及后期换油，一定要加到溢油口有油溢出为止。为了保证变速器内部正常运转，
所以必须要保证润滑油的纯净，在添加润滑油时，由于润滑油之间可能不相容，因此不得将不同种类和品牌
的润滑油相互混合。在加注变速箱时采用清洁的润滑油及容器。行驶停车后不应立即检查油平面，应等润滑
油稍微冷却后再行检查，如果油面偏低，应加油至溢油口溢出为止，同时应检查变速器是否漏油（关键点：
前油封、后油封、放油孔、注油孔）。前油封不可见，只需检查变速箱与电机连接处有无油溢出即可，如
下图所示。
3）换油

（1）在按规定的时间换油时，加入清洁的润滑油之前，用过的润滑油必须放完。放油前，可将车辆适当运
行，使润滑油加热，有利于加快放油速度，同时也可排放出混在润滑油中的冷凝水。放油时，旋下变速器底
部的放油塞。在装回放油塞之前，保证油塞磁头清洁，并涂抹密封胶或缠绕密封胶带。
（2）行驶 5000km 或使用 125 小时后，以先到值为间隔点。对于车辆在普通运行环境时，行驶 90000km 或
使用 2000 小时后，但最少每年至少换油一次；对于车辆在特殊环境，如工地作业、重载、炎热等恶劣环境，
行驶 40000km 或使用 1000 小时后，但每年至少换油一次。
4）润滑脂润滑
总成需要润滑脂润滑的主要有两处，分别是离合器分离叉轴上轴承的润滑，另外一处离合器分离叉轴下
轴承的润滑，加注润滑脂的工具为黄油枪，如下图所示，是一种给机械设备加注润滑脂的手动工具，由手柄，
枪头，枪管，拉手四部分构成。
黄油枪
（1）离合器分离叉轴上轴承的黄油润滑位置在离合器壳上部，从分离叉轴上方油嘴加油，注油量为黄油枪
注射 6~7 次可加满注油间隔为行驶 5000 公里或使用 200 小时后。如下图所示。

加油位置如图 3-6 所示，位于离合器壳下端，从维修地沟进入加油通过黄油枪注射 4~5 次可加满，要
求行驶 5000 公里或者使用 200 小时后需要加润滑脂润滑。

2.3 电机
1）电机日常维护主要内容
（1）每天行车上高压前，车辆处于停车状态，开机上弱电控制电源，通过仪表监测电机系统返回数据是否
正常，电机及控制器温度是否在正常范围内，电机反馈转速应该为零，电压、电流为零。若以上数据有异常，
严禁上高压运行。同时记录故障状态及数据，便于后续维修。
（2）每天行车前上高压后，对比电机系统返回电压与电池电压是否相等，若差异大于±20V，属异常状态，
严禁行车。
（3）记录行车过程中出现的电机系统故障类型及相关数据。
（4）每天行车前检查水冷系统是否工作正常，水箱是否充满，管路有无弯曲折叠，有无漏水现象，如发现
应及时更换维修，严禁系统无冷却或冷却不良运行。
（5）每两周检查一次控制器及电机固定安装点是否牢靠，螺丝有无明显松动。
（6）每天行车前怠速状态，检查电机运行时是否有机械异响。
（7）每 2 周检查一次电机及控制器动力引线塞是否松动，整车信号插件及电机信号插件有无松动。
2）电机的例行检修
插电式混合动力客车用 ISG 电机系统和 TM 电机系统需要每一年检修一次，利用检修的时间重点检查
日常维护巡视不到的部位。检修时应选择晴朗干燥的天气进行，避免阴雨天气拆机维护。
3）检测要求
（1）检测前应切断所有电源，保证电机与控制器脱开
（2）拔掉电机信号线接插件，检查插件内外有无损伤，密封是否良好，检查插针有无锈蚀松动，发现异常
应及时更换。
（3）利用内六角工具拆除电机三相接线盒盖，操作时检查螺丝有无滑丝、密封垫圈有无破损，发现异常应
进行更换。
（4）利用活动扳手将固定电机三相线的引线塞拆开，检查密封垫圈有无破损，发现异常应进行更换。
（5）利用内六角工具将电机三相动力线从接线盒中拆除，检查固定螺丝有滑丝，固定连接部位有无发热变
色痕迹，发现异常应对表面进行处理，必要时更换接线坐，防止接触电阻过大。
（6）传感器测试。利用万用表测试传感器电阻值是否正常，黑红间阻值应为 xx，黄绿间阻值应为 xx，白蓝
间阻值应为 xx，两根褐色间阻值应为 1.1k 左右（常温下）。利用万用表测量各信号与电机壳体绝缘电阻应
大于 20M 欧。
（7）电机三相电阻测试。利用毫欧表测试电机 AB、AC、BC 间线电阻，三个阻值应近似平衡相等为正常。

若有异常，应进行保修。
（8）绝缘测试，利用 1000V 兆欧表或耐压仪测试电机三相对机壳的绝缘电阻或漏电流，绝缘电阻应大于
20M 欧，漏电流应小于 20mA。如有异常应进行保修。
（9）匝间测试，有条件情况可进行本项测试，利用匝间仪测量三相间绝缘，测试波形应基本重合为正常。
（10）观察电机内部有无异物，自由转动时有无机械摩擦等异响。
（11）有条情况下可将电机进一步拆开，检查轴、轴承、机壳转子支撑等有无裂纹及巨大变形；转子表面是
否平整。
（12）电机工作在振动及温度变化较大的环境下，各固定螺丝容易松动，应将所有固定螺丝紧固一遍。发现
滑丝或断裂情况，应及时处理。
2.4 电机控制器
（1）做定期检查时，操作前必须切断高低压电源，等待约 5-10 分钟时间使得控制器内主回路滤波电容器
充分放电，利用万用表测量确认后，才可进行拆机检查。2 利用套筒工具首先将母线接线盒盖螺丝拆除，操
作过程中若发现螺丝有严重腐蚀或滑丝现象，应进行更换；检查盒盖密封垫圈有无破损老化，如发现应进行
更换。操作过程中严禁将盒盖与母线端子搭接，拆除后再次利用万用表测量接线盒内正负端子两端电压为
零，再进行后续操作。
（2）拔掉控制器信号线束，检查信号端子有无松动，密封是否良好，线束有无破损，如发现应及时更换。
（3）利用套筒工具将控制器箱盖及三相输出接线盒盖螺丝拆除，操作过程中若发现螺丝有严重腐蚀或滑丝
现象，应进行更换；检查盒盖密封垫圈有无破损老化，如发现应进行更换。
（4）利用活动扳手将固定母线及三相动力线的金属引线塞拆除，检查密封垫圈是否老化破损，如发现应进
行更换。
（5）利用套筒工具将三相动力线、两根母线及屏蔽线从控制器中拆除，操作过程中检查固定螺丝有无滑丝，
观察固定位置有无发热变色痕迹，如发现应进行表面清理，必要时更换接线坐。
（6）电路板的检查：观察电路板表面有无异物，表面是否干燥清洁，如发现肮脏污物应使用棉布沾上酒精
或中性化学试剂进行清理；检查插件元件有无松动断裂现象，如发现应进行更换，操作过程中应戴防静电手
套，防止静电击穿电子元件。
（7）线束检查，目测控制器内部信号线束有无破损，发热变色痕迹，各插件有无松动断裂现象，如发现应
进行更换。
（8）控制器由于震动、温度变化等因素影响，螺丝等紧固部件往往容易松动，应将所有螺丝紧固一遍。
（9）母线滤波电容的检查：检查电解电容器安全阀是否胀出,外表面是否有裂纹、漏液、膨胀等现象。
（10）电路绝缘测试。利用万用表测量电路板上各地线是否与机壳短路，注意不能用兆欧表对电路板进行测
量，否则会损坏电子元件。
（11）电气绝缘测试。将电机三相从控制器拆除，将控制器三相输出及母线输入短接，利用 500V 兆欧表进
行母线及三相输出对机壳进行绝缘测试，绝缘电阻一般大于 1M 欧为正常。
2.5 检修保养后的工作
保养结束后，应将控制器及电机恢复到原始状态，确保所有连线正常。首先上控制弱电，检测电机系统
返回各项数据是否正常。再上强高压，使电机系统在转速低于 500rpm 的条件下空载运行 1-5 分钟，确保
系统工作正常。

1、涉水的安全深度
1）涉水深度＜100mm，且以低于 20km/h 速度行驶时，行进距离不超过 500m。
2）如长期浸泡，浸泡深度必须＜300mm。
3）无论何种情况，涉水或浸泡深度都不得达到电池舱底部或驱动电机接线盒，避免进水
造成安全隐患。
2、浸泡后的安全启动要求
1）浸泡深度＜300mm 时，可按插电式混合动力城市客车正常启动步骤操作。
2）如长期浸泡深度＞300mm 时，需厂家相关人员到现场确认车辆实际状态后，方可启
动。
3）任何情况下，车内电池舱、设备舱禁止进水。如果不慎进水，必须厂家相关人员到现场

the surface shall be washed with a large quantity of water immediately.

Place the battery out of children’s reach.
辅助蓄电池的额定电压必须是和原车蓄电池电压相同，使用额定值不正确的蓄电池会损坏您的汽车。
The rated voltage of the auxiliary battery shall be the same as that of the original battery, use the
battery with incorrect rated voltage will damage your bus.
切勿试图跨接起动结冰的蓄电池。它可能爆炸，并引起严重的事故。
Do not attempt to jump start the frozen battery. It may explode and cause serious accidents.
三车辆过热

If there is steam coming from the engine compartment, do not open the hood.
发动机很烫时，不要拆下散热器盖。如果发动机很烫时拆下散热器盖，高压热水会喷出，可能导致
烧伤、烫伤或严重伤害。
Never remove the radiator cap when the engine is still hot. Otherwise, high-pressure hot water may
spray out, and cause burning, scalding or serious injury.
如果发动机冒出蒸气或流出冷却液，远离汽车，以防烫伤。
If there is steam or coolant coming from the engine, get away from the vehicle to avoid scalding.
一旦冷却液温度超过预设温度，发动机的冷却风扇就会起动。
Once the coolant temperature exceeds the pre-set temperature, the cooling fan of the engine may be
started.
小心不要让您的手、头发、首饰或衣物接触到冷却风扇或驱动皮带或者被其绞住。
Take caution to prevent your hands, hair, jewelry or clothes from touching the cooling fan or driving
belt or being caught up in.
如果您的汽车过热(高水温指示灯点亮)，或者如果您感到发动机缺乏动力，发现异常的噪音等，采取以

If your vehicle is overheated (with the high water temperature indicator on), or you feel that your engine is lack
of power, or any abnormal noise is detected, the following steps shall be taken:

(1) Drive the vehicle off the road safely and get away from the traffic flow.
(2)打开危险警告指示灯。
(2) Turn on the warning indicator light.
(3)使用驻车制动器。

(8) Before opening the engine compartment cover, visual inspect and hear to check whether there is steam or
coolant coming out. Continue the subsequent operations when steam or coolant is invisible.

(10) Check the cooling fan for normal operation through visual inspection.

leaks, please power off the engine.

under operation. Never open the radiator cap.

1.拖车的正确操作
1. Proper operation of trailers

(1)找到牵引车辆后方和被牵引车辆前方的拖车挂钩位置。本车的拖车挂钩位置设计在保险杠下部。
(1) Identify the hook positions of the trailer at the rear part of the trailing vehicles and the front part of the trailed
vehicle. The hook position of the trailer is designed under the bumper.
(2)有些汽车的拖车挂钩是分体式的，需要在使用时进行组装。组装随车携带的挂钩。
(2) The trailer hook of certain vehicles is of separate structure, which shall be assembled for use. Assembly the
hook enclosed in the vehicle.
(3)安装拖车工具。不论是选用软质还是硬质的拖车工具，安装时都要保证连接汽车挂钩时牢固可靠，
拖钩上设计有安全锁扣的需要锁止到位。在拖车行驶前再次检查前后连接情况。两端没有安装拖钩的软质拖
车绳在使用时要捆绑活结，如果打死结后经过巨大牵引力的拉扯会使拖车绳很难解开。
(3) Install trailing tools. Whether soft or hard trailer tools are selected, the vehicle hooks shall be connected
firmly and reliably during installation, safety lock if designed on the trailer hook shall be locked in place. Double
check all the connections before moving the trailer. Soft hook tow ropes with no trailer hook at both ends shall be
tied in a slipknot while use; if a fast knot is settled, the tow rope may break due to pulling of a great traction.
(4)拖车前，车辆应断开驱动桥的半轴或传动轴。若现场无法拆除机械传动，需将电池 MSD 开关断开，
将仪表台翘板开关“ Break”按下，车速控制在 40Km/h 以下。

(4) Before towing, the gearbox of the trailed vehicle must be protected, and the gearbox shall be switched
to neutral position.

(1)应选择颜色醒目的拖车工具，如黄色、蓝色、荧光绿、荧光红等。颜色不够醒目的可在拖车工具上悬
挂彩色布条。夜晚拖车时尽量使用带有反光材料的拖车绳或拖车杆，增加警示效果。
(1) Trailer tools of eye-catching colors shall be selected, such as yellow, blue, fluorescent green, fluorescent red.

The tools with common color shall be marked by hanging a colored cloth. When towing the vehicle at night, tow
rope or tow bar made of reflective material shall be used to enhance the warning effect.
(2)拖车工具要在前后车辆同侧拖车挂钩位置进行安装，如故障车为左侧挂钩，那么牵引车也应选择左
侧挂钩，保证上路后直线行驶。并且在安装拖车挂钩时一定要事后检查，保证拖车钩安装得紧固，以免在使
用过程中拖车钩弹出伤人。
(2) The trailer tool shall be mounted at the hook position at the identical side on the front and back vehicles.
(3)注意前后车沟通配合。前后车驾驶员之间的配合非常重要。拖车前驾驶员之间应制定合理的行驶路
线，避开路况复杂和拥堵路段。如果没有对讲机作为沟通工具，则需要在上路前约定好起步、减速、转弯、
上下坡等操作的沟通信号，做到前后汽车控制一致。
(3) Note the coordination of the front and back vehicles. The cooperation of the drivers of the front and the back
vehicles are essential. The drivers shall establish reasonable running route before towing, to avoid the road section
of complicated situation and heavy traffic. If there is no walkie talkie as communication tool, the communication
signals for starting, slowdown, turning and up/down hill before operation shall be determined in advance, to ensure
that the front and back vehicles are controlled uniformly.
(4)控制安全车距。采用拖车绳拖车时为防止发生追尾，需要掌握好车距和车速。一般拖车绳的长度为
5～10 m 左右，故车距应控制在拖车绳有效范围之内，保持拖车绳处于张紧状态。拖车时车速控制在 20 km/h
以下。
(4) Control safe interval. If a tow rope is applied for trailing a vehicle, interval and speed shall be well controlled.
The length of the tow rope is generally 5 to 10m, therefore, the interval shall be controlled within the coverage of the
tow rope, and the tow rope shall be maintained at tensioned status. During trailing, the vehicle speed shall be
controlled below 20 km/h.
(5)行驶中前后车辆都应打开危险警告灯，沿最外侧车道行驶，还可以在被牵引车后方粘贴“拖车”标识
示意其他车辆小心驾驶。
(5) During the travelling, the hazard warning light of the front and back vehicles shall be turned on. Additionally,
“trailing” sign can be pasted at the back side of the trailed vehicle to indicate that other vehicles shall take cautions
while driving.

插电式混合动力传动系统，由 ISG 电机、AMT 变速器及 TM 电机组成，通过离合器与发动

机连接，实现三擎智能组合，平顺性好，并且可多模式共同驱动车辆，能够根据实时路况及
整车状态，选择最佳驱动方案。工作模式主要有：
Plug-in hybrid drive system is composed of ISG motor, AMT transmission and TM
motor. Through the clutch and engine connection, the intelligent combination of
three engines can be realized. The smoothness is good, and many modes can drive
the vehicle together. The best driving scheme can be selected according to the
real-time road conditions and vehicle status. The main modes of work are:
（1）低速行驶-------纯电动模式 Low speed driving -- pure electric mode
车辆起步阶段，当电池 SOC 充足时，车辆以电机驱动方式行驶，发动机不参与工作。电
机起步过程中，根据整车状态和驾驶员需求，系统选择采用 ISG 电机起步或 TM 电机起步，必
要时两者也可共同驱动。电机起步过程中，若满足停机条件，则发动机主动熄火或保持熄火
状态。
When the battery SOC is sufficient, the vehicle runs in motor-driven mode,
and the engine does not participate in the work. In the process of motor
starting, according to the state of the vehicle and the driver's demand, the
system chooses ISG motor or TM motor to start, if necessary, both can be driven
together. In the process of starting the motor, if the engine stop condition is
satisfied, the engine will be stalled or stalled.
（2）中高速行驶-------发动机驱动模式 Medium and high speed driving -- engine
driving mode

中高速阶段，若 SOC 较为充足，且驾驶员需求扭矩适中、发动机本身工作区间较佳，由

发动机单独进行驱动。换挡过程中，ISG 电机只进行辅助调速，而 TM 电机只在动力中断时进
行扭矩补偿。
In the middle and high speed stage, if the SOC is sufficient, and the driver
needs a moderate torque, the engine itself has a better working range, the engine
is driven by itself. In the process of shifting, ISG motor only uses auxiliary
speed regulation, while TM motor only uses torque compensation when power
interruption occurs.
（3）中高速行驶-------并联驱动/ISG 发电模式 Middle and high speed driving --
parallel drive /ISG power generation mode
若 SOC 偏高或驾驶员动力需求较强，由发动机和 TM 电机共同驱动，ISG 电机也可同时进
行助力。若 SOC 偏低或驾驶员动力需求较弱，由发动机进行驱动，同时 ISG 电机发电，提高
发动机负载、优化工作区间；TM 电机只进行扭矩补偿。
If the SOC is on the high side or the driver's power demand is strong, the
engine and TM motor drive together, the ISG motor can also help at the same time.
If the SOC is low or the driver's power demand is weak, it is driven by the
engine, while the ISG motor generates electricity to improve the engine load and
optimize the working range; TM motor only carries out torque compensation.
（4）减速行驶-------电机制动回收模式 Deceleration drive energy ---- motor
braking recovery mode
车辆在制动时若 SOC 允许，则可进入 TM 电机制动能量回收，必要时 ISG 电机也能参与制
动能量回收。
If SOC permits, the vehicle can enter the TM motor braking energy recovery,
if necessary, ISG motor can also participate in the braking energy recovery.
三、动力电池组 3. Power battery pack
1) 电池电芯采用宁德 CATL 电池快充型 3.2V92AH 磷酸铁锂电芯，快充型磷酸铁锂电池

是针对磷酸铁锂电池弱点进行改进的，主要采用快充负极“快离子环”技术及快充
磷酸铁锂材料“超电子网”技术。Fast-charged lithium ferric phosphate
(3.2V92AH) battery was used in the battery. Fast-charged lithium ferric

phosphate battery was improved to overcome the weakness of lithium ferric

phosphate battery. Fast-charged cathode "fast ion ring" technology and
fast-charged lithium ferric phosphate material "ultra-electronic network"
technology were mainly adopted.
2) 电池箱采用宁德 CATL 电池标准化产品，标准 L092C01 箱、标准 L092B01 箱两种电池
箱。电池箱能量密度达到 115 Wh/kg 以上，防护等级达到 IP67 等级，安全性高均通
过跌落、加热、短路、过充、海水浸泡、挤压、穿刺等多项严苛破坏性测试。适应
全天候环境，采用水冷水热散热管理系统。主要电池箱内部结构如下： Battery
box adopts Ningde CATL battery standardized products, standard L092C01
box and standard L092B01 box. The energy density of the battery box is
above 115 Wh/kg and the protection level is IP67. The safety of the
battery box is high through many severe and destructive tests, such as
drop, heating, short circuit, overcharge, seawater immersion, extrusion,
puncture and so on. Adapt to the all-weather environment, the water and
cold water heat dissipation management system is adopted. The main
structure of the battery case is as follows:

circuit in the electrical control cabinet, which cannot be touched by non professional
personnel, and there is electric shock hazard.
