IPM Re-Exam Rules and Regulations
1) IPM has decided to conduct re-exam for all the students, as many students had
issues to login on the exam portal and the difficulty level of the paper was very
high.
2) The re-exam will be conducted on 25th JULY 2021.
3) New Hall-Tickets will be uploaded on the website by 18th July 2021, Students
need to download the new Hall-Ticket.
4) For mistake in standard please call on 9822441139
5) About the results: Results of the students who have given the exam on 4th July
will be published on the website by 18th July
6) Re-Exam is not compulsory for all the students.
7) Cut-Off for Mega Final:
a) 4th July 2021 Exam: 60% and above
b) 25th July 2021 Exam: 70% and above
8) In case of tie in the MEGA-FINALS:
The Tie Break will be decided by
a) 4th July Exam Marks
b) 25th July Exam Marks
9) As the exam is conducted online and the students are giving the exam from their
home, there’s a chance of malpractice, hence IPM has decided the exam will be
proctored.
10) Taking the MOCK/DEMO TEST is mandatory as the student will get an idea of
the process that has to be followed on the Final Exam on 25th July 2021

12) Link for mock/demo exam is uploaded on the website along with login details for
the same
13) Re-Exam Pattern: Total Questions: 25. Total Marks :100. Duration of the Exam
45 minutes.
14) LINK for the exam will be uploaded on the website,
www.ipmmathscholarship.com by 22nd July 2021.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE APPEARING IN ONLINE
EXAMINATIONS
1. Applicants should be available for Online Examination 30 minutes prior to
schedule.
2. Steps for Accessing Your Exam Online:
 In email, following details will be sent for initiating the exam process by
candidate
- URL for the exam
- Candidate Login ID and Password
 Candidate to keep login details safe and DONOT share this information with
anyone else.
3. Before starting the exam:
LOGIN WITH USER ID AND PASSWORD
 Candidate appearing in Mock Test or Live Exam must ensure the following:
 is using an Active Desktop / Laptop / Tablet or Mobile phone,
 has installed Google Chrome Browser, the exam will work on Chrome browser
only (minimum 80 and above version required)
 Copy screen sharing URL to enable and open in new tabadd to chrome
click on add extension and again copy exam URL and select your entire screen
and share for PC and Laptop.
 For Mobile and Tab enable microphone, camera and allow location for your
device.
 Ensure there is an active & stable Internet Connection (with high frequency
wifi)
 Minimum available data pack of 500 MB for exam duration (for actual exam)
 Working integrated web camera (front camera in case of Mobile/ laptop/
desktop/ Tablet) and microphone.
 The Location setting has to be kept on.

CAUTION:
1. Candidate must note that though the test is been taken at their place of stay yet
their conduct during the examination will be proctored using Artificial
Intelligence.
2. Candidate real time video and audio feed is been transmitted to the proctor for
invigilation.
3. Candidate should note that the examination authority has zero tolerance policy
for unethical behaviour.
4. It is strongly advice that candidate take the examination with utmost solemnity
and ensure that all the instruction are strictly followed.
5. Exam Authority reserves the right to disqualify any candidate who is found to be
indulging in any kind of malpractice.
AUTHENTICATION:
Please go through the following 2 step of verification process
Step 1: Click your photo and upload. (Use buttons on screen)
Step 2: Click clear photo of your ID card and upload. (eg. Aadhar Card, School ID
card, etc.) (Use buttons on screen)
Kindly read the following instructions
You must sit in a silent room with no background sound

there should be proper light on your face
Ensure a plain and contrast colour background behind you
before you start the exam, you need to verify your photo and ID card.
Do’s:
 Ensure that nobody is around candidate and do not adopt any kind of unfair
means.
 Candidates need to be on Exam URL Screen only till they complete the exam.
 As this the Online Live Examination using Artificial Intelligence Remote
Proctoring: Candidates are requested to keep attention.
 Candidates have to be constantly in front of the screen of their Laptop /
Desktop / Mobile etc.
Don’t’s:
 Candidate not to get away with the notion that in the Online Examination since
there will not be any invigilator physically present, Candidate’s activities will
be constantly observed, monitored and recorded during the entire exam
duration.
 The Camera and MIC should not to be covered with any article during the
entire exam duration.
 Browsing to other window/ application is prohibited. After few warnings,
system will automatically end candidate exam and will face rejection
 Once candidate click and confirm End Exam, will not able to resume again.
So, do not end the exam until it’s completed. Please review before submitting
your answers.
 Use of CALCULATOR or any other electronic gadgets is NOT ALLOWED
What to do if your online exam is interrupted
 In case candidate gets disconnected from exam for any reason, have to wait for
3 minutes for login again.
 System will allow candidate to log in after 3 Minutes Only.
 If still unable to login and face any other issues, please reach out technical
support team for assistance.
IPM is not responsible for the following issue’s:

1) Internet Failure
2) Electricity Failure
3) If you are giving the exam on your mobile phone and a phone call comes
you will be disqualified.
