    RESOLUTION NO. 2020-01

    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF THE DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AND


    DESIGNATING THE DULY AUTHORIZES SIGNATORIES (SK CHAIRPERSON/ SK TREASURER)
    AT
    (DBP) DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, APARRI BRANCH.

    WHEREAS, RA 10745 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, section 20 (b) provides that
    SK shall have financial independence in its operation, disbursement and encashment of their fund, income and
    expenditures:

    WHEREAS, RA 10745 Section (b) provides that SK shall open a current account in the name of the SK in the
    bank, preferably government-owned, situated in or nearest to its area of jurisdiction, with the SK Chairperson
    and the SK Treasurer as of official signatories, for efficiency and economy for the SK to open and maintain a
    depository account in the same bank and branch its barangay;

    WHEREAS, the recommended bank is the Development Bank of the Philippines Aparri branch as it is the
    same bank and branch of its barangay;

    WHEREAS, SK Chairperson AINES U. RAGSAC and SK Treasurer JESSA U. URSULUM are duly
    authorized qualified and authorized signatories to the Sangguniang Kabataan bank account of barangay
    Minanga, Camalaniugan, Cagayan that will be opened at DBP Aparri branch;

    NOW THERFORE, be resolved at its hereby resolved that the SK bank account will be opened in the
    Development Bank of the Phillipines, Aparri branch.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Government offices concerned for
    their information and record:

    APPROVED this 5th day of March 2020 at Minanga, Camalaniugan, Cagayan.
