Next Steps prior to the presentation to the Mayor:

● Secure lacking documents of Masangkay Property and


Nasugbu Property to proceed with the evaluation.

● Evaluate the submitted documents of Emmanuel Property

● Secure a conceptual plan from the CPDO

● Coordinate with the MAO for the draft resolution of temporary staging
area of market vendors who will be displaced during the construction of
the resettlement housing.

● Conduct site visit to take actual photos and to prepare initial evaluation
report of the property.
