    INSTRUCTION: The Financial Components folder shall be labelled as “FINANCIAL COMPONENT” and
    shall be saved with a password-protected folder in an archive compression format. All documents shall
    be in PDF file and with signature of the supplier/authorized representative at the right bottom corner of
    every page.

    All documents shall be arranged accordingly based on the chronological order in the checklist
    and saved in a Single PDF Format. Any documents submitted not in a PDF file, not protected with
    password and not in a compressed archive folder shall be declared “FAILED”.

    GPPB Resolution No. 16-2020
    b. Original/Certified True Copy of Price
    Schedule quoted in words as well as in figures,
    computerized/typewritten with no missing
    pages. All pages comprising the Documents must
    be duly signed for authenticity. Failure to comply
    is a ground for disqualification.

    Use the prescribed format of Price Schedule based on


    the GPPB Resolution No. 16-2020.

    c. [For foreign bidders claiming by reason of their
    country’s extension of reciprocal rights to
    Filipinos] Certification from the relevant
