changing room including cap

Mask
 Place over nose, mouth and chin
 Fit flexible nose piece over nose
bridge
 Pull the top strap over your head
and position it high on the back of
the head
 Pull the bottom strap over your
head and position it round your
neck and below your ears
 Adjust to fit
Perform seal check

HOW TO PERFORM SEAL CHECK

Must be conducted each time N95 mask are worn to ensure they are
providing the intended level of protection.

 Using a gloved hand, grasp the
palm area of the other gloved
hand and peel off glove
 Hold removed glove in gloved
hand
 Slide fingers of ungloved hand
under remaining glove at wrist and
peel off
 Discard gloves in a waste container
 Perform hand hygiene

 Unfasten gown ties
 Pull gown away from neck and
shoulder, touching inside of gown
only
 Turn gown inside out
 Fold or roll into a bundle and
discard into waste container
 Perform hand hygiene

 If the item is reusable, place in
designated receptacle for
