B. IMPACT MONITORING

Improved the basic social services in the locality because of the increase in the revenue of the
barangay as well as the Municiaplity.

Improvement on the socio-economic condition of the community through promotion of


employment fro qualified local inhabitants of barangay and creation of small business opportunities.

II. CURRENT MONITORING RESULT AND FINDINGS

At this time covered by this monitoring report, existence of the project in the area had brought
about:

a. Improvement on the socio-economic condition of the community through promotion of


employment for qualified local inhabitants of barangay and creation of small business
opportunities;
b. Contributed to the local funds and national treasury in terms of excise tax, value added tax,
corporate income tax, individual income tax from employees/workers and real property tax

IV. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

A. COMPLIANCE STATUS

All conditions stipulated in the issued Environmental Compliance Certificate had complied by the
project proponent.

B. ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY STATUS

State environmental impact made within the project operation/construction.

C. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN STATUS

State environmental management plan implemented during the period.

D. ENVIRONMENTAL RISK CATEGORIZATION

State environmental management plan implemented during the period and state the risk
encountered within the period of monitoring.

E. WORK PLAN FOR THE NEXT MONITORING PERIOD

Periodic monitoring activities on the project operation in order that there will be no significant
environmental impact that will adversely affect the air, water and noise, which would be detrimental to
the health of the workers and local residents. All findings and recommendations as a result of the project
monitoring activities will be stated in the Compliance Monitoring Report that will be submitted on semi-
annual to EMB-IX, Regional Office.
