    CONTRACT OF LEGAL SERVICE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This CONTRACT OF LEGAL SERVICE made and entered this 14 th


    day of July 2015 in Quezon City, Philippines, by and between:

    MELGAR TRIA TRIA & LAURENTE (METRILLAW) LAW


    OFFICES, with office address at Suites 408-409, CSP Bldg., 815 Quezon
    Avenue, Quezon City,hereinafter referred to as the “COUNSEL”;

    - and –

    _________________________________, with postal address at


    _____________________________________________________________
    ____________________________________________, hereinafter referred
    to as the “CLIENT.

    W I T N E S S E T H : That,

    WHEREAS, the CLIENT desire to engage the legal services of


    COUNSEL as his legal counsel to handle the Declaration of Nullity of
    Marriage Case to be filed in the Regional Trial Court of Manila.

    WHEREAS, COUNSEL has agreed to accept its engagement as


    legal counsel of CLIENT for the said case;

    NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing


    premises, and the terms and conditions herein below provided, the parties
    hereby agree as follows:

    I. SCOPE OF LEGAL SERVICES:

    a) COUNSEL shall handle the above-case before the said Regional


    Trial Court of Manila until the decision of the same shall be
    rendered;

    b) COUNSEL shall periodically inform the CLIENT of the status of


    the case;

    II. PROFESSIONAL FEE:

    1. The CLIENT shall pay COUNSEL the amount of


    _________________________ Pesos (Php000,000.00) as
    Package arrangement.

    The package shall include the following:


    1.1. Counsel Acceptance fee and court appearance fee;
    1.2. Professional Fee of Clinical Psychologist who will
    conduct the Psychological Evaluation including her
    appearance fee during her testimony in court;
    1.3. Court Filing and Docket Fee;
    1.4. Summons Fee;
    1.5. Sheriff’s fee on the service of summons;
    1.6. Payment of Transcript of Stenographic Notes;
    1.7. Pleadings to be filed in court such as Memorandum;
    1.8. Expenses for photocopying of documents and all other
    expenses in connection with the case up to the time the
    court render its decision.

    2. The above-mentioned amount shall be paid by the CLIENT in


    the name of MELGAR TRIA TRIA & LAURENTE LAW
    OFFICES, as follows:

    a. P100,000.00 – payable upon signing of this contract;


    b. P100,000.00 – payable on or before _________, 2020.

    It is understood that all payments made by CLIENT to COUNSEL


    shall be non-refundable in the event CLIENT decide to terminate
    this legal service, decide not to pursue the case or for any other
    reason.

    III. TERMINATION:

    CLIENT has the right to terminate the legal services of COUNSEL,


    upon a fifteen days prior written notice, with or without cause.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this


    contract this __th day of _________ 2020 at Quezon City.
