BOILER COMMISSIONING INPUTES REQUIRED FROM MOLINDO
1. Refractory Dry Out

a) Raw Water required for DM Plant continues Operation
b) DM Water Transfer Pump
c) Required Fire Wood
d) Required Coal
e) Manpower required for fire wood shifting and feeding to the furnace
f) Diesel for initial light-up (5 Ltr)
g) DCS Operators required 24 Hrs up to completion of Refractory dry out
h) Boiler attender required to maintain furnace firing
2. Alkali Boil-out 1st Stage

a) Raw Water required for DM Plant Operation
b) Required Fire Wood
c) Required Coal
d) Required Boiler Chemical
1) Trisodium Phosphate - 128 kg
2) Caustic Soda - 128 kg
3) Detergent - 32 Kg
e) 200 Ltr capacity Empty PVC Drum for mixing Chemical (3 Nos) required.
f) Manpower required for Chemical shifting / mixing / feeding to Steam drum
manhole
g) DM Makeup water required (whenever drum level getting down)
h) Manpower required for fire wood shifting and feeding to the furnace
i) Diesel for initial light-up (5 Ltr)
j) DCS Operators required 24 Hrs up to completion of alkali boil-out
k) Boiler attender required to maintain furnace firing
3. Alkali Boil-out 2nd Stage

c) Required Coal
1) Trisodium Phosphate - 128 kg
2) Caustic Soda - 128 kg
3) Detergent - 32 Kg
e) Manpower required for Chemical shifting / mixing / feeding to Steam drum
manhole
f) Required HP & LP Dosing Chemicals
g) DM Makeup water required (whenever drum level getting down)
h) After header end-cap cutting D M water required for Boiler flushing
i) Manpower required for fire wood shifting and feeding to the furnace
j) Diesel for initial light-up (5 Ltr)
k) DCS Operators required 24 Hrs up to completion of alkali boil-out
l) Boiler attender required to maintain furnace firing
m) Laboratory person required for take sample from boiler blow down every two
hours (to analyse the following parameters from Boiler Blow down water)
1) PH
2) Alkalinity
3) Oil & Grease Content
4) Conductivity
4. Passivation
c) Required Coal
1) Hydrogen peroxide - 60 kg
2) Ammonia - 10 kg
e) Manpower required for Chemical shifting / mixing / feeding to Steam drum
manhole
f) DM Makeup water required (whenever drum level getting down)
g) Manpower required for fire wood shifting and feeding the furnace
h) Diesel for initial light-up (5 Ltr)
i) DCS Operators required 24 Hrs up to completion of alkali boil-out
j) Boiler attender required to maintain furnace firing
k) Laboratory person required for take sample from boiler blow down every two
hours (to analyse the following parameters from Boiler Blow down water)
1) Hydrazine
2) PH
5. Steam blowing
c) Required Coal
d) HP & LP Dosing Chemical
e) DM Makeup water required (whenever drum level getting down)
f) Manpower required for fire wood shifting and feeding the furnace
g) Diesel for initial light-up (5 Ltr)
h) DCS Operators required 24 Hrs up to completion of steam blowing
i) Boiler attender required to maintain furnace firing
j) Required lime powder for Bag filter
6. Safety valve floating

a) At the time of safety setting depute manpower to learning about safety valve
setting
7. Turbine Rolling
a) Respective Evaporator and distillery steam lines should be completed on or
before turbine rolling
b) Manpower required for DCS and Operation team for continues operation
8. Turbine synchronize
a) If suppose to Synchronise with grid get permission from Government
9. Vinasse feeding
a) Vinasse with required parameters
b) Vinasse storage tank area concrete floor and collection
Note:
 Parallely arrange the fire fighting system, street light and access road for
overall plant also required chemical for future smooth operation of DM
plant.
 Housekeeping manpower required from 1st stage of alkali boil-out.
 Maintenance team required from the 1st stage of alkali boil-out.
 Truck required for Ash disposal from SMBC (Wet ash) discharge and Fly
ash silo discharge areas from the refractory dry out.
 Apart from the above points if any additional requirements we will
update.
