1.0 Communication Approach

All executive members are responsible for keeping formal communication with the active
members of their team. Active members are to report to executive members on completion of
task assigned to them. If the nature of the task is continuous, they must report progress every two
days. The active member will report to project coordinator (Project lead) twice a week. Project
lead will then report to the Patron of Mathematics club as requested by Patron.
2.0 Communication Methodology

Communication been executive directors and active team members is to be conducted on
whatsapp. Communication between executive members and project coordinator to be made in
person in the society office. Communication between Project coordinator and Patron to be
conducted in Patrons office.
3.0 Information Retrieval System

WhatsApp conversation will be used for communication. But any formal info will be
communicated through email. Any information related to finances and decision making will be
discussed in person between the patron and the project manager, but they can only be
implemented when communicated through email

5.0 Distribution Methods

Communication between the member involved in the project will done through email and
whatsapp. Communication to the participants will be thought Social Media page of the event,
email and phone call. Communication between the students participating will done through
whatsapp groups made by the executive director Marketing. All authority personals on campus
including security, Executive Development Center (EDC) & Hostel Management will be
communicated using email and phone call. And Media and sponsor will be communicated with
through email only.
