LEADERSHIP SEMINAR – TRAINING/WORKSHOP PROGRAM

THEME : “Uplifting Students’ Leadership in Times of COVID-19 Pandemic”


DATE : April 10, 2021 – Saturday and April 12, 2021 - Monday
TIME : 9:00am – 12:00nn & 1:00pm – 4:00pm
VENUE : St. Benilde Activity Area or any available room

OBJECTIVES: This seminar – training/workshop is designed to foster leadership skills through


teamwork for student leaders in time of COVID-19 Pandemic

As a result of participating in this program, the student leaders will be able


to:

1. Identify own leadership strengths and areas to improve;


2. Communicate fundamental values and beliefs;
3. Focus people’s efforts on key values through own action;
4. Express image of the future;
5. Inspire others to share a common vision;
6. Search for opportunities to take the risks needed for growth;
7. Build collaboration, teamwork, and trust;
8. Strengthen the ability of others to excel;
9. Recognize the accomplishments of others; and
10. Make work enjoyable while still working hard.

Warm greetings of Peace!

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) will be conducting a face-to-face leadership seminar
– training workshop for our NSTP students with the theme “Uplifting Students’ Leadership in
Times of COVID-19 Pandemic” on April 10 (Saturday) & 12 (Monday), 2020. This seminar –
training/workshop is designed to foster leadership skills through teamwork for student leaders in times
of COVID-19 Pandemic. The said program is set for two days to lessen the number of participants
into 30 each day.

Also, there will be an election Student Council Officers after the training.

Thus, we would like to request from you to allow us to use any vacant room on the said dates for us
to conduct the training - workshop. Below is the flow of the program proper for your reference:

In line with this, may we also request for the following:

1. The use of multi-media equipment such as LCD projector, microphones and the like.
2. Snacks for Speakers morning and afternoon.
3. A budget amounting to PhP1,000.00 for materials the events such as special paper for the
certificates, cups, yarn, and others for the activities, and give-aways for the active participants
of the training. The give-aways will somehow make the training – workshop more lively.
