also a very long journey. Were travelled for three days through the himalayas and you could
see the north side of everest.

In the afternoon, we were only five kilometres from kodari and suddenly the bus stopped. the
driver got out and lokked at the engine. for the next three hours, he tried to fix the engine.
stone of the otrher passenger got angry, but he couldnt start the bus. Finally, all the
passengers got out and started to walk to the border. i felt sorry for the bus driver because he
looked sad and lonely. but i also wanted a good hotel and a hot meal , so i left the bus too and
walked to kodari. Later that night the bus arrived in the town.

Two years ago, I went on a trip to the beach in Mollendo. I was accompanied by
family members, we traveled because it was my uncle's birthday. My friend was
going to come with us but she couldn't because she had to work the next day.
On the beach we started to play volleyball, sunbathe, eat chicken rice and drink
some ice cold sodas. At night we sang "happy birthday" to my uncle and my
mom sliced the cake for everyone but I didn't like it because the cake was very
sweet. The return journey was difficult at first so there was strike by the farmers
for "Tia Maria".
