    The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) respectfully informs your good Office
    that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (MSHE)
    is offering scholarship for interested individuals in various Russian universities.

    Application for scholarships may be submitted through the following websites:


    https://future-in-russia.com or https://edu.rs.gov.ru. More details on the scholarships
    are also available in the said websites.

    According to the Russian Embassy, the application form must be filled out
    completely and submitted on or before 15 March 2021. After accomplishing the
    online forms, selected candidates will be invited for an interview at the Embassy.

    The DFA would appreciate being informed of the names, as well as the
    program and university of choice of those who wish to apply for scholarship. An
    advance copy of your Office’s response may be sent through email address
    oea.div4@dfa.gov.ph.
