    A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2021 SK ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN OF


    BARANGAY JOVELLAR, IGBARAS, ILOILO TO BE FUNDED OUT OF THE 10% SK FUND FOR THE CALENDAR
    YEAR 2021 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
    AND FORTY CENTAVOS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN FOR
    THE CALENDAR YEAR 2021.

    WHEREAS, there was an available amount of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred
    Seventeen and Forty Centavos which was intended for the priority program, projects and activities of
    the Sangguniang Kabataan;

    WHEREAS, the said amount was prepared and programmed for the following projects with its
    corresponding estimates of expenditures to wit;

    WHEREAS, the Development Programs, Projects and Activities were found out to be consistent
    to the development of this Barangay;

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Committee Chairman on Appropriations


    JOVANA EUCOGCO and duly seconded by all members present;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to APPROVE AND INDORSE TO THE SANGGUNIANG


    BARANGAY THE PRIORITY PROGRAMS/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES OF BARANGAY JOVELLAR, IGBARAS, ILOILO
    TO BE FUNDED OUT OF THE 20% IRA DEVELOPMENT FUND, 70% OF 5% BDRRM FUND AND 5% GAD
    FUND AND 10% SK FUND FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2019 IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO
    THOUSAND NINETY ONE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (PHP 552,091.10), NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE
    HUNDRED TWENTY FORTY FIVE PESOS AND NINETY FOUR CENTAVOS (PHP 97,945.94), ONE HUNDRED
    THIRTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY SEVEN CENTAVOS (PHP
    139,922.77) AND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS AND
    FIFTY FIVE CENTAVOS (279,845.55) TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN FOR THE
    CALENDAR YEAR 2020.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to copies of this resolution to the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay


    Jovellar, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, Municipal Budget Officer, Sangguniang
    Bayan and DILG, municipality of Igbaras, Iloilo and all concerned for their information and appropriate
    actions.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

    I hereby certify to the correction of the foregoing resolutions adopted by the Barangay Development
    Council on its special meeting dated August 22, 2019.
