Working principle of carbonization

The carbon-containing biomass material is subjected to carbonization and anaerobic heating,

and is decomposed into combustible gas, tar, and charcoal by dehumidification and pyrolysis.

Introduction

working principle
1.A gasifier (liquefied gas, natural gas) is used to heat up the host.

2. Feeding begins when the internal temperature of the carbonization machine rises to 300 degrees, and
the raw materials are heated in the carbonization furnace without oxygen pyrolysis;
3. The raw materials are dried and decomposed to produce flue gas. After being sprayed, cooled and
purified, the flue gas is sent to the burner by the induced draft fan to continue heating the main body of
the carbonization machine.
4. At this time, the combustion work of the gasifier is gradually stopped until it is closed, and combustible gas
is used for continuous heating. The carbonized material is output from the tail through the cooling, thereby
achieving the effect of continuous feeding and continuous discharging.

Introduction

Working principle
Using blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact, collision double crushing function in one, and can

accelerates in the airflow, and the repeated impact causes the material to be double crushed at the same time,

D. Forming

1. Coal stick machine

Introduction

The coal stick machine is to send the mixture of water and binder coal powder or carbon

powder into the feed barrel, and use the principle of screw extrusion to compress it.

Working principle

The motor transmits the power to the reducer through the V-belt. The output shaft of the

reducer transmits the power to the propulsion shaft through the floating coupling. The

propulsion on the propulsion shaft pushes the coal material through the forming die to

produce the ideal high-pressure coal rod.
