ADDENDUM TO THE DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument, made and executed by and between:

1. JAMES CHRISTIAN J. YUCHONGCO, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and
postal address at Lot 18 Blk. 13 Sto. Niño St., Agatha Subd., Tikay, Malolos City, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER;

WITNESSETH:

That my mother, JOSEFINA J. YUCHONGCO, co-owner of a certain parking slot,


executed a Deed of Absolute Sale dated March 28, 2019 at Malolos, Bulacan before Notary
Public Atty. ROLDAN E. VILLACORTA as per Doc. No. 341, Page No. 70, Book No. 47,
Series of 2019 involving parking slot describe as below:

Condominium Certificate Title No. 002-2019001106

“SLOT NO. 44 – OPEN PARKING SLOT WITH AN AREA OF 12.50 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS
OF “AVIDA TOWERS SAN LAZARO – TOWER 2””

That however upon execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale, the co-owner of the said
parking lot “JAMES CHRISTIAN J. YUCHONGCO”, was not included and it should be
“JAMES CHRISTIAN J. YUCHONGCO, of legal age, single, Filipino and resident of Lot 18
Blk. 13 Sto. Niño St., Agatha Subd., Tikay, Malolos City, hereinafter referred to as the
SELLER”, wherein should be included from the said instrument, hence the ADDENDUM.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this instrument this _____ day of
_____________________, at the City of Manila, Philippines.
