Situation Number. 01: Mr. DSE and Mr. TRE are the director and managing director of

order to prevent any unusual thing and misbehaving of students and each session of

Situation Number. 03:
Instructor is defining the course outline of the course regarding the the chapters which
are included in the course of principles of management for the CoCIS students. Then

Situation Number. 04: Identify the way to express management for the following
optiojns;
1. LDE is the firm which has been led by Mr. Kashif who is the grandson of Mr.
Aqib the founder of the organization.
2. In the course of computer concepts we need to include programming through C-
Sharp as per the new curriculum given by HEC-NCEAC
3. Mr. Kashif the son of Mr, Raja and Grandson of Mr.Aqib uses ERP to forecast
and also discusses with the other directors before investing in any venture and
implement any plan.

If Shaan Foods Pakistan has the much extensive management hierarchy and each
department has been controlled by Directors and Associate Directors and they will
report to CEO. After director and associate director each department has senior
managers, managers and assistant managements and then the management trainees
and workers
Situation Number. 10: From the given points please indicate various characteristics of
management and also provide particular answer for each.
a) Management is the act by virtue of which you may make your people motivate
and inclined towards the work. The statement is applicable to diverse nature of
business as well as field in fact also to the non-profit activities.
b) Through making other motivated management is always trying to achieve
standards of quality and quantity not only in the finished products or services but
also in process and operations. However, the attainment of these standards will
not resulted in end of the process and working, motivation and requirement to
attain quality and quantity will remains forever

campaign he start renovating classes and mechanism to teach and posted in
newspaper for teacher of mathematics and psychology. Then according to the theory of

Situation Number. 12: Mr. ABC also motivates other not only through compensation
and rewards but also through making proper appreciation, so they may render efforts
towards organizational and personal goals. Although whenever the problem raises
which may produces severe negative effects then Mr. ABC also implement the
contingency plans so to move further in an effective manner.
Situation Number. 13: Please identify managerial roles among the following options
a) Mr. ABD is directed to meet director of PAF KIET on every alternative day so to take
order and then provide these to other relevant departments.
b) Then MR. ABC also has to motivate his subordinates to daft minutes of meeting and
dispatch these to other relevant departments
c) Although on the bases of directions he also have to make teams with other departments
for purpose of arranging seminars and conferences, especially in the days of pandemic
through online medium.
