TRIPLE BERRY

COBBLER

INGREDIENTS:

COBBLER
8 OZ. STRAWBERRIES, QUARTERED
6.5 OZ. RASPBERRIES
8 OZ. BLUEBERRIES
2 OZ. SUGAR
SPL ASH VANILL A
0.5 OZ. CORNSTARCH

STREUSEL
4 OZ. BUTTER
4 OZ. SUGAR
8 OZ. ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP. CINNAMON

DIRECTIONS:
• Preheat the oven to 325° F.
• Cream the butter and sugar together in stand mixer with paddle attachment until light and fluffy.
• Add the flour and the cinnamon and mix to a rough crumb.
• Combine all berries in a separate bowl and toss with sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch.
• Divide the berry mixture evenly into 5 (12 oz.) ramekins.
• Place the streusel on top of the berry mixture.
• Bake at 325°F until the tops are golden brown.
• Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
