vehicles owned by more than 12 million policy holders. GICO Production Support team provide 24*7 support to
Claims, Middleware and ESB support.
Role Performed:
• Primary responsibility is to manage Application Support, IT Operations, Cloud and ESB support & provide overall
leadership.
• Lead coordination of functional teams in rapidly resolving service disruptions. Track incidents through the
Incident and Problem Management process to resolve root causes
