    OPPORTUNITY REGISTRATION 2.0
    Summary of Changes Impacting NPN Partners

    • Opp Reg 2.0 updates to be released Monday, April 17th


    • Opportunity Registration program terms reminders and updates
    • All partner contacts set up with NPN Partner Portal access will now be able to
    register opportunities
    • Simplified registration steps
    • New Account record requirements

    OPPORTUNITY REGISTRATION PROGRAM TERM
    REMINDERS AND UPDATES
    • Partners must be in Good Standing as an NPN Partner at the time of registration submittal
    • NVIDIA products eligible for registration:
    • DGX-1: Hardware and Support Services (No renewals)

    • GRID SW (US$10k Minimum): Licenses, Subscriptions and SUMS (No renewals)

    • Partners receive 15% incremental margin on approved registered opportunities (5% base + 15%
    approved opp reg)*
    • Partner opportunity being registered cannot be a currently known NVIDIA opportunity
    • A partner’s registration request will be denied if an NVIDIA Account Manager has already identified and
    created the same opportunity

    • Government RFP/Tender opportunities are not eligible for registration unless the partner was
    specifically involved in creating the RFP/Tender and fundamental in getting NVIDIA positioned
    (as determined by the NVIDIA Account Manager involved)
    • Complete Opportunity Registration terms will be available on the NPN Partner Portal

    BROADER ACCESS TO REGISTER OPPORTUNITIES

    • All partner contacts set up in the NPN Partner Registry will have access to register
    opportunities
    • Current portal lite users who do not have access will be converted by end of April

    • To set up new partner users, please work with your PBM


    • If > 10 new users, please use the bulk upload template

    SIMPLIFIED REGISTRATION STEPS

    • The “Register this Opportunity” button has been removed. All fields required to
    be completed will appear on the initial form.
    • Once the opportunity is saved (first and only time), the Registration Submission
    buttons will appear at the top of the record:

    NEW ACCOUNT RECORD REQUIREMENT
    • Partner MUST FULLY SPELL OUT the City, State and Country fields on the customer Account
    Record (Please DO NOT abbreviate).
    • These fields drive the assignment of the opportunity to the appropriate NVIDIA Account
    Manager.

    STEP-BY-STEP SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Select the Product Family and Partner Product using the menu list. REMEMBER: Include both
    Hardware and Support on all DGX-1 deals. Use the “Add Product” button to add more
    products/services.

    1 Once saved, the Submit for Approval button will appear at the top of the opportunity
    record. Click on it to complete the submission process.
