THE IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION

For a long time, many of God’s children equated meditation with just thinking or pondering over the
Word. However meditation is much more than thinking deeply on a subject. That is just one aspect
of meditation; there’s more to it revealed in God’s Word.

Meditation is one of the godly exercise that you must practice for a life of dominion and glory. It is a
vital activity for every child of God, and its power cannot be overemphasized.

In Joshua 1:8, the Bible says “this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but that shalt
meditate on it therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written
therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

THREE LEVELS OF MEDITATION

The word “meditation” in the verse of scripture above is translated from the Hebrew word “hagar”
which means to “imagine; mutter”. It also means to “roar”. This immediately tells us that there are
three levels of meditation, each of which is vital.

1. Visualize God’s Word as you study it. This means to ponder or think quietly on God’s Words in
picture. As you keep these pictures in your mind, the Word will be driven into your spirit and will
take root there.

2. Mutter God’s Word. This means to speak God’s Word under your breath, to yourself, over and
over again. As you do this, the Word will become personal to you. It will go beyond the written
page, beyond the reading of your mind and intellect, into your spirit. It will becomes God’s Word to
you, and not some distant words written in the Bible.

3. Roar God’s Word! At this stage, you shout God’s Word out loud. In the book of Isaiah 31:4, the
Bible says, “For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, like as the lion, and the young lion roaring on
his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their
voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them…”

In this verse of scripture, the Bible beautifully translated the same Hebrew word “hagar” as “roar”.
The purpose of this kind of meditation is to drown every other thoughts in your consciousness,
including thoughts that the devil may try to bring and cause the Word of God in your spirit to rise.
When you begin shouting God’s Word to yourself like this, some other folks may think something is
wrong with you, but continue. The Bible says “…for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and
then thou shalt have good success”.

THE POWER OF MEDITATION

Meditation drives the Word into your spirit. It takes the Word from your mind into your spirit. In your
mind, you can still reason out the Word of God; but when it gets tour spirit, it becomes real and
personal to you. That Word may not have any scientific explanation, but you just know that it is
reality, and there is nothing that can take it from you.

Also, it is important to understand that meditation is what gives you rhema. Rhema is the spoken
Word of God. It is the “now” Word of God for your situation, and you receive it by meditating on the
written Word, which is logos. Logos has the ability to produce results in you and to deliver an
inheritance to you, but it will not make you enjoy your inheritance. The Word that changes things is
rhema. With rhema, there is no condition in your body that cannot be changed.

Another powerful result of meditation is that it will make you the Word! This is God’s purpose for
giving you His Word, so we would become the Word.

1
As you practice meditating consistently on God’s Word, you find that you will begin to think, talk,
and act like God. Your whole life will become a reflection of the Word.
When this happens, it will be impossible for any sickness to remain in your body, because the
Word would have permeated your entire body system and taken charge of your being. Understand
that the Word has the divine energy to affect everything about your life including your physical
body. Proverbs 4:22 says “For they (the Word) are life unto those that find them, and health to all
their flesh”.

There may be a situation in your body that you desire a change;find someplace where you can be
alone and meditate on God’s Word. You may not feel like it; especially when your body is telling
you something different, but do it. The Word is sure to prevail over that situation, and causes you
to walk in victory always.

DON’T SPEED-READ
(Study To Show Yourself Approved of God) TO THE BIBLE; 2 Timothy 2:15
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Your Bible isn’t a comic book or novel that you just breeze through; it’s the most important book on
Planet Earth, for it contains the Word of God. It’s God’s manual for living the successful and
glorious life, hence if there’s any book that deserves your careful and undivided attention, it’s the
Bible.
Your Bible-study time shouldn’t be shared with other activities, because it’s too important. More
importantly, when you read your Bible, don’t speed through it like an express train; study it slowly
and meditatively. It’s a collection of many interesting and essential lessons, and if you speed-read
it, you could miss out on certain vital details the Spirit of God wants to communicate to you. This is
why Paul counselled Timothy to “study” rather than just “read.” Studying the Bible requires your
painstaking diligence which, when mingled with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, refreshes,
enlightens and energises your spirit. During your study, meticulously ponder over each word, each
line, each phrase, and each verse. Analyse every thought through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
You could also get a Bible dictionary to look up the meaning of unfamiliar words, as this will aid
and enrich your study of the Word. And also remember to keep a pen and pad close by, so you
can take down thoughts that come to your spirit as you diligently study the Word. Most importantly,
meditate on the Word as you study, and let it soak into your spirit. Confess it over and over again
until it gains the ascendancy in your mind. This is the right way to study your Bible and position
yourself for the victorious life.

GO DEEPER || Psalm 119:9 How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to
Your word. || 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

PRAY Dear Father, I thank you for your Word. As I spend time studying it, my spirit is energised
and I programme myself for a great life of success, in Jesus’ Name.
Amen.

ACT When next you study your Bible, spend adequate time on each portion. Understand what it
says before you move to the next verse. Also ensure you study the Word in context.

THE BLOOD OF JESUS – THE ATONEMENT FOR SIN

In the first part of this topic, each member should:

• Understand the importance of blood and its role in atoning for sin.
• Be enlightened about some of the different offerings given for atonement in the Old Testament
and their significance.

2
This subject is very important, as it is a fundamental element of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, having a clear understanding of it would help us build a solid Christian foundation
without which we would experience instability, or probably live as non-Christians.

What is Blood?

We’ll begin our study by clarifying some very basic things; the first being: What is blood? To
understand the blood of Jesus, this needs to be clarified, because we need to determine whether
in referring to the blood of Jesus, the Bible is speaking in generic terminology, or if it’s referring to
something specific. Is it dealing figuratively, or is it being specific of a particular substance?

Scientifically, blood is defined as the fluid consisting of plasma, blood cells and platelets that is
circulated by the heart through a vertebrate’s vascular system, carrying oxygen and nutrients to,
and waste materials away from all body tissues. Functionally, a similar fluid in animals, other than
vertebrates, is also called blood. It means we’re dealing with a substance: the fluid in our bodies
and in animals, often red in colour. This is simple to understand because it’s something common to
every one of us. So, when we talk about the blood of Jesus, we are talking about this fluid that
goes through the body. Now, how important is the blood and what does the Bible really say about
it?

We would begin from the book of Genesis:

Genesis 9:1 – 4: “And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every
beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all
the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be
meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof,
which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.”

At that time, God had taken action against the world and destroyed it; all of mankind was destroyed
except Noah and his family; and the Lord blessed them after they came out of the Ark. This
blessing was very similar to the blessings and instruction He gave Adam at the beginning. He gave
them every moving thing as meat, and every green herb; however, He said in verse 4, that they
couldn’t eat ‘flesh with the life thereof, which is blood. God gave us a very definite understanding
there, that as far as He was concerned, the blood is the life of the flesh.

This understanding in verse 4 above, was unveiled before the law of Moses was introduced.

Blood: The Atonement For Sin:

Now under the law, in Leviticus 17:11, the Bible says: “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I
have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that
maketh an atonement for the soul.

This is remarkable! In Genesis, He made it clear that the blood is the life of the flesh. Now, coming
to the law, He brings in the subject of atonement, saying, the life of the flesh is in the blood, and
I’ve given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls.

Atonement means appeasement; propitiation; to satisfy the claims of justice. This refers to
compensation for wrongdoing. He was telling them that if they did wrong, they had no way of
satisfying the claims of justice, or the divine claims, so, He gave them blood as the atonement for
their souls – the blood of the animal upon the altar. This meant with the blood of an animal, God
could overlook what they had done and look at the blood as their representative. But this was
going to be a definite animal chosen by God, and it was to be carried out in His prescribed manner.
Moreover, there were only to offer sacrifices in altars designated by the Lord.

The First Sacrifice For Sin:

3
The first sin in the world was committed by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The Bible
records that after they sinned, they hid themselves and tried to flee from God, but God called out,
‘Adam where art thou’. His response to God, was that He was hiding, because he was naked. But
God said, ‘who told you that you were naked? Have you done what I told you not to do?’ Of course
he had done something wrong, and he and his wife covered themselves with leaves (Genesis 3:8-
11). However, God did something: He called them and killed an animal, spilled the blood of that
animal, and used the skin of the animal to cover their nakedness, instead of the leaves they had
used. Observe that He killed an animal, spilled the blood of that animal and made atonement for
them(Genesis 3:21; Hebrews 9:22).

As we progress on this study, always remember what God did right there in Genesis, from the very
beginning. The first time man sinned, God killed an animal, sacrificed the blood of that animal and
covered their nakedness with the skin of that animal.

A Spiritual Law:

Let’s look again at Leviticus 17:11: “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to
you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an
atonement for the soul.”

This shows us a spiritual law, meaning there is no other way to make atonement for the soul
except with blood. This is God’s divine order; His divine principle and law, that’s why He instructed
them not to eat the blood of an animal, which they killed.

You know, man may get all the elements together and try to create artificial blood, but it will never
give life. God hid the life in the blood; that’s where God put the law of the human/animal life. The
blood of the human body has the life of that body.

Over in the New Testament, Hebrews 9:22 agrees perfectly with what we read above: “And almost
all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission”

Sin cannot be wiped away without the shedding of blood; it’s a spiritual law. So relate this with
what we read in the latter part of Leviticus 17:11 – the blood makes atonement for the soul. He
didn’t just say for your soul, but for the soul, letting us know this is a spiritual law.

Different Types Of Offerings:

There were different kinds of special offerings, which God called for in the Old Testament. The five
major ones were:

The Burnt Offering

The Grain Offering
The Peace Offering
The Sin Offering
The Trespass Offering
These were very important offerings, and you’d find them explained in the book of Leviticus. Now,
because we are dealing with the blood of Jesus, we would be looking into the offerings that had to
do with blood, and their significance.

The Law of the Burnt Offering:

Leviticus 1: 1 – 4: “And the Lord called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of
the congregation, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you
bring an offering unto the Lord, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of
the flock. If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he
shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the
4
Lord. And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him
to make atonement for him” – This is the law of the burnt offering.

The burnt offering referred to here was a personal free will offering. Notice the Scripture above
says, ‘…he shall offer it of his own voluntary will, at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation…’ If a man wanted to give an offering, he was to take of the herd or of the flock, and
offer it of his own voluntary will. He was required to put his hand on the burnt offering, and it was
accepted to make atonement for him. Notice here that it had nothing to do with whether or not the
man had done something wrong.

Noah also offered a burnt offering even before God gave instruction about the blood in Genesis,
and it wasn’t because he had done something wrong.

Genesis 8:19 – 21: “Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth
upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark. And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord;
and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And
the Lord smelled a sweet savour; and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground
any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I
again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.”

He got a blessing there, because he did what pleased God. This would not be the first time a man
would offer a burnt offering. The Bible tells us Abel evidently offered a burnt offering unto the Lord.

The burnt offering typically represented what we call an acceptance offering. It was an offering of
dedication and acceptance, which meant on the man’s side, when he offered a burnt offering, he
was dedicating himself; and the Lord’s instruction was that the whole offering should be burnt, so
everything on the altar would be accepted. From the man’s perspective, it was an offering of
dedication, and from God’s perspective, He accepted the man.

Notice Leviticus 1 Verse 4 above says, “…and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for
him. The man hadn’t done anything wrong, yet the Bible says the burnt offering shall be accepted
to make atonement for him. Meaning even in their relationship with God, they needed to have
atonement/an appeasement, to come before God and be accepted of Him. They didn’t have to look
around to know if they had done anything wrong, as far as God was concerned, they were unclean
in themselves. God was so holy; He required a burnt offering.

The Sin and Trespass Offerings:

The sin and trespass offerings also required the shedding of blood. If you sinned knowingly and
willfully, you were expected to give the sin offering. But, there were certain sins categorized under
trespasses, and these were sins committed unknowingly.

These offerings – the sin and the trespass offerings were given as atonement for personal sins and
guilt. In each case, an animal or a bird was killed, and that became the atonement for their specific
sins. They always had to go before the priest with this animal, and the priest who was designated
would take the necessary action; he’ll kill and offer the animal in the prescribed manner, and then
burn whatever part God said should be burned in the prescribed manner. And this continued every
time a man sinned. If you study the whole of Leviticus 4 and 5 you’d see this covered all kinds of
sins. You either had to offer the sin offering or you offered the trespass offering, depending on
what category the sin belonged. But this provided covering or atonement for the time being.

National Offerings:

5
In addition to the offerings made for personal sins, guilt, trespasses and dedication, was the
national offering. This is a very significant aspect, where God charged Israel as a nation with sin.
They were not the only nation that did wrong; other nations and people sinned too, but the beauty
about Israel’s situation was that God provided a means to come out of their predicament through
the Abrahamic covenant, which they had with Him. But the rest of the world didn’t have a way out;
they lived in complete condemnation, that’s why the Bible says they were strangers to the
covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world (Ephesians 2:12). But these
chosen people of God, the Israelites, were given a particular way to come out of their trouble, when
they sinned against God.

As a people, every year, they had to offer a special sacrifice by which God was appeased over
them and their sins, so that they could walk before Him, and enjoy all of His blessings for the next
one year. However, at the end of one year, it was brought to mind; their sins were remembered
again. Why? Because the Bible says it was not possible for the blood of an animal to completely
take away sin. For this reason, it had to be done again and again. Remember, the Bible shows us
that sin is actually a nature. When Adam sinned against God, he took on himself the nature of
Satan; the very nature of sin. The Bible tells us that disobedience brought sin (Romans 5:18).
When he disobeyed, he sinned against God and that sin brought spiritual death, which is
separation from God. And so, in order to cover his sin for the time being, God killed an animal, but
that couldn’t cover his nature. Man was still a miserable offender and sinned again and again;
therefore God allowed these sacrifices to go on and on.

REJECT POVERTY

“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he
became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).

According to this Scripture, the Lord Jesus came to make us rich. But there are Christians who
assume poverty is necessary to live a godly life. I’ve even heard a minister pledge to poverty. I
think that’s absurd! Poverty might be the mark of religion but it’s definitely not the mark of
Christianity.In 1980, at a ministers’ conference that I was privileged to attend, T. L. Osborn made a
remarkable statement that stirred much controversy then. He said, “Poverty is a sin.”I’m sure this
statement will stir up as much controversy today as it did then.

It’s imperative that we correct the impression that poverty is a prerequisite for serving God.
Otherwise, 2 Corinthians 8:9 will be false and meaningless. Poverty is contrary to the provisions of
God in His Word; reject it in its entirety. No father would want his children to live in poverty. God is
our Father and His wealth is beyond human imagination or comprehension. We are heirs to His
vast estate; He has given us a blank cheque, so it’s up to us to fill everything we need in the blank
spaces. This is how to take advantage of the grace in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 2:1).

Don’t let the world put the mark of religion on you; reject poverty because prosperity is your right in
Christ.

Don’t Complain, Ask!

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you
(Matthew 7:7).

The Scriptures are very clear about making requests in prayer. Jesus said “For every one that
asketh receiveth (Matthew 7:8). However, the challenge with some folks is that when they pray,
instead of doing exactly what the Master said asking and receiving, they complain to God about
their situation. Jesus didn’t say “When you pray, complain to God about the matter and He will hear
you.” Rather, He said ask and it shall be given you.

There’s a very big difference between making a complaint and making a request, and I want to
show you the difference from a story in the Bible. One day, Jesus went to a pool called Bethesda
where a multitude of sick people congregated, waiting for an angel of God to stir the waters.
6
Whoever got in first after the water was stirred was made whole. The Master met a man there who
had been sick for thirty-eight years and engaged him in this dialogue: Jesus: “Do you want to get
well?” The sick man: “Sir, I don’t have anyone here to put me in the pool when the water is stirred;
while I am trying to get in, somebody else gets there first” (John 5:1-9).

Did you notice that when the Master asked the first question, the man, rather than say “Yes, I want
to get well,” he began to complain bitterly to the Master about how much he had suffered! He
wanted sympathy, but thank God the Master had compassion on him and healed him all the same.
The man could have remained there, never knowing that God had visited him that day. I want you
to learn something from that story: if you desire something from the Lord, go ahead and ask; and
having asked, receive. Don’t complain to Him or even to others about how bad things are. God has
invited you to make your requests known to Him. As long as you ask in faith and in the Name of
Jesus, your request will be granted, and your joy will be full.

JUST KEEP GROWING

“So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed” (Acts 19:20)

This is the best day to be alive! There’s a strong move of God’s power in our time. We’re seeing
the goodness of God in our time like never before. It’s the day of perpetual prosperity and victory. If
you’ve received Zoe (the God-kind of life), no longer should you cry for anything or be discouraged.
The Bible says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God,
which liveth and abideth for ever” (1 Peter 1:23). In other words, everything that’s connected to you
takes its life from the Word. This means your prosperity, victory, promotion, success or health lives
and abides forever. The life inside you is the life of God’s Word. According to the Bible, one of the
unique characteristics of the Word of God is the ability to grow mightily and prevail in spite of any
situation (Acts19:20). Likewise, your finances ought to grow mightily and prevail in spite of the
economic situation. It makes no difference which business you’re into, as long as it’s good for God
and beneficial to mankind, it must grow. There’s no end to your prosperity, victory, promotion or
success. This is God’s plan for your life, hence, you ought to reject contrary thoughts or
information.
If you desire to experience continual growth in every area of your life, then you must build your
spirit with God’s Word. Remember that God is willing to give you much more than you could ever
imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Start declaring right now, that the Word of God is growing in your
finances and health the same way it’s growing in your heart.

LIFT YOUR SPIRIT UP THROUGH MEDITATION

TO THE BIBLE: Joshua 1:8

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night,
that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way
prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

LET’S TALK

Being successful in life depends on what happens in your spirit, because that’s where your life
comes from (Proverbs 4:23). And as such, it’s important that you train your spirit with God’s Word
for it to be a sure guide for life. You’re in a world filled with negative voices of failure, weakness,
wickedness and sickness, but as long as you store God’s Word in your heart richly, you’ll be able
to capture those negative thoughts (2 Corinthians 10:5).

One way you can achieve this is by meditation or muttering God’s Word to yourself. When you
mutter or meditate on the Word, you talk your spirit up and drown the negative thoughts coming to
your mind. I first learnt to do this as a teenager many years ago: I’d sometimes get into my dad’s
car in the garage, just to be alone in a quiet place and there meditate. This is something you need

7
to do often: Learn to lock yourself away in a private place so as not to disturb others and then
shout the Word until you completely drown every negative thought of fear, unbelief or failure.

As you do this, the Word will gain the mastery over your mind, and your spirit will have the mastery
over life’s circumstances.

Go Deeper: Proverbs 4:20-22, 1 Timothy 4:15

Pray
Dear Father, I thank you for showing me how to store your Word in my spirit that affects my body
and influences my mind! Your Word fills me with thoughts that are consistent with your eternal plan
for my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Act
Take out time to talk and mutter these scriptures to yourself:

RECEIVE SUPERNATURAL INSTRUCTIONS

TO THE BIBLE: Proverbs 10:17 AMP

“He who heeds instruction and correction is [not only himself] in the way of life [but also] is a way of
life for others. And he who neglects or refuses reproof [not only himself] goes astray [but also]
causes to err and is a path toward ruin for others.”

LET’S TALK

Imagine a young man who embarks on a road trip and, after several hours of driving on the
highway, begins to feel sleepy. Then the Spirit of God says to him, “Stop at the next filling station
and rest for a while.” But he ignores the instruction and continues on his journey, and before he
knows it, he dozes, veers off the road, and crashes into a bush.

Many have crashed not only their cars but their lives like this, just because they wouldn’t listen and
respond to the prompting and leading of God’s Spirit. Don’t be that way! Sometimes, you may be in
the midst of a group of people, and the Spirit of God wants you to separate yourself from them;
take His instructions seriously and obey immediately. Consciously train yourself to respond quickly
to His voice. Don’t let Him have to repeat instructions to you over and over again.

Remember, God’s guidance in our lives doesn’t have to be spectacular to be supernatural. What
makes it supernatural is that it came from the Holy Spirit, and it can therefore be trusted. When you
train yourself to respond to Him this way, you’ll be able to hear Him in times of crisis, and act
quickly to save yourself and others from unnecessary trouble and heartache.

Go Deeper: Proverbs 4:13, Ecclesiastes 8:5, Isaiah 30:21

Pray

Dear Father, thank you for the guidance that your Spirit alone gives. I’m guided in the right
direction, and my steps are ordered by you today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Act

Pray fervently in tongues right now: that’s how to get your spirit to hear from God’s Spirit.

THE POWER OF MEDITATION

God’s Word Gives You The Mindset For Success

TO THE BIBLE: Psalm 1:1-3

8
“Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the lord, and in his law he
meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its
fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”

LET’S TALK

Today’s theme scripture simply summarises what you need to live a highly successful and
prosperous life. Firstly, it says the one who wants to be successful doesn’t walk in the counsel of
the ungodly; that means he refuses to heed the advice of profane people. Secondly, he doesn’t
stand “…in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful;” this implies he doesn’t keep
company with the wrong folks, nor does he ignore the things of God. “But his delight is in the law of
the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night.”

To be a real success, it’s important that you meditate on the Word. Meditation conditions your spirit
for excellence and gives you the right mentality for prosperity. There are people who have been
wrongly conditioned, and so they think and act wrongly. But when you allow the Word of God to
influence you, it’ll give you a new way of thinking, a success-mindset. You just cannot fail, because
there are no “failure files” in your system anymore. You only run on the “success files” introduced
into your spirit through the Word of God.

God’s Word is God’s wisdom. And as you meditate on it, you’re automatically programmed in the
direction of success and piloted by the force of wisdom.

Pray

Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the divine influence of your Word in my life. As I meditate on
it day-by-day, my mindset is transformed, and I become the person you want me to be, in Jesus’
Name. Amen.

Act

Set aside some time to meditate on the scriptures on a daily basis.
