    RY66531（HMA for Mattress）

    Description Typical Properties

    RY66531 is a hot melt adhesive designed for mattress spring


    pocket. With light initial color, good heat-stability, long open Appearance
    time and good flexibility. It can form good bonding as
    nonwoven to nonwoven or nonwoven to foam. Translucent amber pellet

    Application Viscosity（BF DV-II 27#）

    Operating temp:150°C ~180°C, depending on machine, Approx. 960 cps @180°C


    substrates, environment,…etc., conditions. Approx. 1625 cps @160°C
    It is more suitable to manual and automatic spray applicators. Approx. 3100 cps @140°C
    Approx. 6040 cps @120°C

    Storage
    Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40°C and
    the storage life is one year.

    Precautions

     Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to


    exceed 180°C
    Softening Point(Ring & Ball)
     Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid
    Approx.70º C
    contamination
     Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye
    protection should be use.
