    Your Reflection Paper:

    As I watch the webinar, I understand the difference of Sex and Gender and
    how this two works. Sex refer to as the biological part of a person, it is based on its body parts,
    while the gender is the role or the result of the influence of our outside world. But this two are
    connected. Some of the traits that I thought before are part of our gender, are caused by the sex
    or the biological, like the actions. So if there is a unusual traits in a person, there is a possibility
    that it is caused by its body. But Social influence can have a bigger role in developing Gender. It
    can influence a person’s traits and actions. The gender may be different from the sex and may be
    different from what others expectation. Gender can be also part in choosing our partner, And the
    role that we do. But nowadays, this role changed, women can now have jobs, and men are doing
    household choirs. Nowadays, we must be more open-minded in changes in gender roles and
    preferences of other people, Women can now do masculine task, and same in the men, they are
    now accepted to do feminine task. Also, we must accept third gender, since they belong to our
    society. Although our country is known as conservative, we must be change those mindset be
    open to other changes and give chances to those who are member of LGBTQ+. Since like the
    other gender, they also achieved and do incredible things. Some of them are successful and
    influential person. We should eliminate discrimination and violence against them. As the people
    of the modern world, We must be open-minded and accepted changes and be more
    understanding and be more sensitive to avoid any discrimination and conflicts despite of their
    gender and status in life.
