Description Features
BP2867XJ is a high precision Buck constant current  No VCC Capacitor and Startup Resistor
LED driver. The device operates in critical conduction  Integrated HV JFET for IC Power Supply
mode and is suitable for 85Vac~265Vac universal  Internal 500V Power MOSFET
input offline LED lighting.  Critical Conduction Mode Operation

The BP2867XJ integrates a 500V power MOSFET,
