    Please be informed that Special Investigation Task Group has been activated
    and composed of joint members of the PNP from Pampanga Police Provincial
    Office; Pampanga Criminal Investigation and Detection Group; PNP Crime
    Laboratory and San Simon Municipal Police Station are tasked to investigate
    and solve the gruesome killing of LUISITO BATU y Carlos, 44 years old,
    married, incumbent Barangay Chairman of San Juan Timac, San Simon,
    Pampanga who was shot to death by unidentified suspects committed on March
    31, 2012 at Brgy. San Juan, San Simon, Pampanga..

    In view of the foregoing reasons, may we request your good office to furnish us
    photo copy of transcript on the last testimony of the late LUISITO BATU as
    witness on the ROMNICK SANTOS y Pingul murder case docketed under
    criminal case no. 10-4701 for our investigative reference.
