    1. Reference: Memorandum from OIC, ROMD dated December 1, 2020 with


    subject: RTF ELCAC XII Meeting.

    2. On December 2, 2020 at about 9:00 AM, the undersigned and PLTCOL


    MARIFEL A MAGANTO, OIC, RCADD attended the RTF-ELCAC XII meeting held at
    Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. It was also attended by the Regional
    Quad Staff of this PRO.

    3. Discussed during the meeting were:


    a. Provisional agenda;
    b. Highlights of the previous meeting;
    c. Matters arising from the highlights;
    d. CY Annual Accomplishment Report of RTF ELCAC XII;
    e. Testimony of a former rebel; and
    f. Summary of Resolutions, Agreements and Instructions.

    4. Activity ended at about 5:00 PM of the same date. Attached are pictures taken
    during the activity.
