Rooms

Room lengths and areas Room lengths are generally more variable although they may be
dictated by structural or site restrictions. The layout usually provides for bathroom / sleeping /
working / day use areas to allow maximum benefit from natural light and views. Bathroom
dimensions are dictated by the number and spacing of fitments. A separate dressing area may
be provided in luxury hotels. The sleeping area extends about 2.40 m (8'0 ") for a metric double
or queen - sized bed, 2.90 m (9'6") for metric twin beds and 3.70 m (12'2 ") for double - double
beds allowing for side access The day use area is more flexible. Two easy chairs with coffee
table takes up about 1.70 m (5'6 "). This may be extended to 2.3 m (7'6 ") to accommodate a
convertible sofa or settee.
The bedroom starts from the first floor and the large rooms overlook the squares or gardens
and head towards the east or south, while the small rooms overlook an internal garden, the
height of the rooms is not less than 2.8 m in the common halls, where each area is allocated not

Bedrooms Arrangements : The dimensions of the bed are 1.95 m, and sometimes it can be
integrated into the wall. In small rooms, it can be used as a sofa. In the bedroom there is also a
wardrobe, linens, shoes, and dirty clothes, with a width of at least 50 cm and a depth of 60 cm,
and the width can reach a meter. A table for daily use with dimensions of 40 x 40 cm, a desk
with dimensions of 1 x 0.6 m, two chairs, a sofa and a table for bags with dimensions of 50 * 80
cm and a height of 40 cm are placed, and it is noted the need for a mirror.

 Single room
The most basic category that is available in every kind of hotel is the category depending on the size of
the room. When a person is present in a place where they are alone, whether they are for work or
traveling alone

Twin room :

 They can choose a twin room which has a copy of everything present in the room. There are two beds
with the same quality and style. There are different tables and chairs for the two individuals sharing the
room

Studio room:

studio can be chosen where two or three people can stay without affecting the number of beds. In a
studio room, there is a studio bed available for the person staying there. The special thing about a studio
bed is that it can turn into a bed or a couch.
Conference halls

it is counted for every inmate of 1.5to 4m2 for the joint halls. For the breakfast hall, it can be
considered that every place will be used from 2 to 2 miles according to the type of hotel. Hotels are not
given a good return in major cities when they contain a minimum of 166 rooms and a safe family
grandfather

Escape stairs
are a type of stairs that are used when escaping the danger and which have its own specifications and

• It is gathered on one floor and separated from each other by light partitions.

• There must be more than one hall for parties and another for conferences for five and four-star hotels.
As for the other categories, their availability is not required, as they may represent a burden on the
facility.

Restaurants:
It is preferred that I be in the first round and not the second, to facilitate

The coffee shop: -

- Its area is calculated as (0.75) square meters for a room.
-snake bar :-
-It is designed for snacks and takes up an area of (1.5-2) m2
-Food pantry :-
- It is divided as 0.37m2 for each guest room in hotels that sell food and
drink to guests on average.
Receiving room:-
-Especially when receiving food, drinks and other supplies
It is divided so that it is 0.15 m2per guest.
