PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ENGAGEMENT
• Two week engagement that includes a COMERIT BASIS expert, BW Architect and Project Advisor
• COMERIT presents findings/recommendations back after 2 weeks onsite with detailed documentation (the
Performance Analysis and Recommendations Document). Our recommendations will be based on Industry Best
Practices and COMERIT’s extensive experience with performance related issues
• A Functional BW Performance Design Workshop will be held at the end of the engagement
(tailored for Sr. Developers/Architects/Basis staff ) in addition to final presentation of the
Performance Analysis and Recommendations Document
• Client team will dedicate appropriate time and resources for system reviews ( BW Architect
and BASIS) during the 2 week period
• The Performance Analysis and Recommendations Document will serve as a guide and refer-
ence check to resolve future performance issues
• COMERIT will deliver a hardcopy Performance Analysis and Recommendations Document but may also deliver
additional Administration, Data Management Manuals/Guides (soft or hardcopy)
