4. Procedures
4.1 Introductory Activity
>Invite the learners to perform the introductory activity called, THOUGHT TO PONDER where they will
share their understanding on the quotation given..
> Integrate the idea into Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao thru having the learners recognize Mother Teresa
of Calcutta who has lived a life of service to the needy.
12 minutes > Also, integrate it to numeracy by allowing the learners to perform simple mathematical calculation to
determine Mother Teresa's age at the time of her death.
> Connect the introductory activity to the session focused lesson and the competency to be
acquired.

4.2 Activity
> Invite the learners to watch the videoclip entitled, 'Real Life Hero'.
> Guide them on the viewing task thru aquainting them on the motive question which serves as
essential question they would answer later.
Essential Question: What truth about human nature is reflected in the videoclip?
> At this stage, provide them an avenue to express their insights based on the ideas presented in
the videoclip thru a differentiated collaborative task.

4.3 Analysis > Allow the learners to answer the essential question: What truth about human nature is reflected
