    AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

    I, NHOR YAYA LALONG, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of
    Sandawa, Davao City Sur after having duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
    and state that:

    1. I am a staff of SDGLIV GROUP TRADERS INC., a corporation duly registered


    with Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC registration No.
    CS201846326 which engaged in Cryptocurrency Trading and a promise of three
    times the amount of money invested returns to its investors;

    2. As a staff, I am assigned to carry the money of the investors from the marketers
    to Steffan Dodge “Master”;

    3. That, Steffan Dodge Garay Lesiquez IV the CEO promised to give 10% share of
    the amount of invested money, a house and car as incentives, but wasn’t
    realized, however, he only gave me a P 50, 000.00 and nothings follows;

    4. That, on _____________________ Mr. Dino Langan and Mark Ernest Rayos


    marketers of the corporation indorsed the money of the investors to Steffan
    Dodge “Master” at _____________________ amounting to

    5. That I am present at the hub during the time Mr. Langan and Rayos indorsed the
    money to Seteffan Dodge “Master” which he informed to the above mentioned
    marketers that the return money of the investors shall be given on July 29, 2019;

    6. That, Seteffan Dodge “Master” did not put the aforementioned money to the
    hub but instead _______________________________

    7. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity of the foregoing
    statements and to support the complaint against Steffan Dodge Garay Lesiquez
    IV Lesiquiz .
