Modern equipment’s and it will be fascinating the customers.

The CBL Printing shop currently have the Expertise’s who are very familiar with operating the

Photocopy machines and printers and other regarding to the printing systems. And they have

One accountant and he look after all the accounts of the CBL printing shop.

They intakes new employee for their printing shop that I who are not familiar with operating that

CBL system equipment’s. And they have old computers and old equipment’s so our new system

The currently available system is the customer can’t get the information what the facilities are they

Can get from that shop. So the new system is come up with some new methods that we are introducing

The customer service online to that system so they can get the information through the customer care

Online. And the customer can easy to handle that system.

Economy

Even though increase in costs results in increase in profit. Apart from this it also increases the image of
the CBL printing shop, and improves customer satisfaction. And the New System is giving the low cost of
the service charges

And it improves the customer’s satisfaction.


Control

The control of the of that printing shop also manually they are using the door locks for that current
system. Shop so only administer can open the shop otherwise third party can’t open that shop.so inthat
shop we can use these type of

Security and our new system that has a security guard for that shop that is more security for that shop.

The manual printing shop system does not present any technology wise or by technical

Equipment’s. So they have to communicate through speaking, have to write the receipts by hand& keep
records of daily transactions by hand. So they have to improve with this system in computerized

The current Printing shop system has many failures in providing credible information and terms of time

These facts lead to customer dissatisfaction . The new system that we hope to implement is expected to
be way more reliable and time efficient as they look for the availability of free space through the system
& as they respond to customer
