    PAYMENT TERMS FOR SAMPLES:

    For a product sample, a DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT UNDER THE TERMS, IRREVOCABLE,
    TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, AT SIGHT, CONFIRMED - DLC MT-700 will be delivered as a means of
    payment.

    PAYMENT TERMS FOR 12-MONTH CONTRACT:

    For the monthly supply of the product after the sample sent, a DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT
    UNDER THE TERMS, IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, AT SIGHT, CONFIRMED - DLC
    MT-700 will be accepted as a means of payment .

    Another ACCEPTED payment option is the exchange of raw materials (Minerals Gold AU-Diamonds etc.)
    that will be received through SAFE KEEPING RECEIPT (SKR) VIA MT-199- OR MT-799.

    BUSINESS PROCEDURES:

    1. The final buyer issues LOI to the seller.


    2. The seller responds by FCO valid for 2 days, the buyer signs and approves the FCO and sends it to the
    seller within 2 days.
    3. The seller sends COMMERCIAL INVOICE, for the total value of the sample invoiced product.
    4. The buyer approves and sends a copy of the swift of 50% advance of the total commercial invoice.
    Within 2 days of the issuance of the same.
