USAA should collect the data on which auto parts are fixed most frequently because the data is beneficial to the
company and can help reduce cost to the company, the company save $360per client that need windshield
service by knowing that windshields are the number auto part that needs fixing. The company can use this data
as a way to know what their customers’ needs are, how better to assistance those needs, and as the synopsis
implied a way to reduce cost the company has to spend to meet those needs.

its policies accordingly. The most frequently fixed auto part information can lead the company to provide more
easy and accessible service to its customer. This would ensure a geometric growth in the customers. By
providing relaxed services and lesser charges on the service, USAA can garner a lot of new customers.

shop owners to repair rather than replace their windows?
Shop owners still convince 95% of customers to replace their windshield instead of repairing them for a
variety of reasons but probably because of the costs associated with the replacement. The repair shop can
probably make more money on the replace verses the repair, USAA might want to consider incenting repair
shops, that way the repair shops share in some of the profit of not replacing the windshield and are more likely
to convince customers that a replace isn’t necessary.

USAA could recommend or offer free marketing inserts or side advertising spots to companies who would try to
convince the USAA customers to repair the windshield instead of getting it replace

c. How does image processing system at USAA add value to the organization?
The image processing system at USAA adds value to the organization because it allows more claims to
be processed faster than the average banks. It increase productivity of employees while decreasing costs. One of
the most important benefits is that the processing system can run 24/7 while people are restrained to work
hours.
It adds value by reducing time it takes to go to the bank to deposit the check and the money it cost to pay
for gas to go to the bank

The remote deposit capture adds value because customers can save time by using the app instead of
having to drive to a bank. This is also more efficient for the bank because it doesn't need local deposits places
and local employees. USAA was also the first to implement this direct deposit system which helped retain
customers and encourage new customers. By going digital USAA doesn’t have to worry about storage space.

It adds value to the organization by streamlining business procedures, increase the services to customers, and
letting the customer know that the company they chosen understand their needs.

USAA needs a way to deposit funds on a timely basis and to interact by phones that are able to access the internet.
The new applications meet these needs. USAA’s customers are widely scattered and USAA does not have local
offices everywhere there are military personnel. The remote deposit capture allows customers to take pictures of
the front and back of each check and submit them electronically for deposit which makes it easier for the widely
