    HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the VENDEE, and its
    assigns in a manner absolute and irrevocable the above-describe motor vehicle.

    That the VENDOR hereby warrants unto the VENDEE, full title and ownership
