    Please be informed that the Regional Project Coordinators (RPCs) of the DOST-GIA-assisted
    project entitled "Strengthening of DOST Regional Metrology Laboratory (RML) Services -
    Phase 2" will be holding the Year 3 Pre-implementation Meeting on 28 Febmary 2019 at DOST
    Regional Office No. 5 Conference Room, Rawis, Legazpi City, Albay from 1:00 PM to 5:00
    PM.

    Travelling expenses of the RPCs shall be chargeable to the MOOE budget of the project of your
    respective offices.

    The following are the proposed agenda of the meeting for your information and guidance.

    1. Overall progress report of the project


    2. Targets for the Year 3 of implementation
    3. Finalization of the harmonized calibration procedures for thermometers,
    thermohygrometers, pressure gauges, and performance testing of sphygmomanometer
    4. Proposed semi-automatic calibration method for big volumes
