 SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

We have 13 positions for software development engineers for our IP Division and for our
Fixed Networks Division.

The IP Division is a very lean technical team which is part of the international IP R&D
organization that has put Alcatel-Lucent on the worldwide IP map. We implement and
deliver a family of internet routers with the highest quality.
 You will work with the most successful products in the IP router market of today:
the 7750-ESR internet router for providers and carriers (and further evolutions),
you will focus on product development.
 Be part of the IP (Internet Protocol) division, working in a very talented team and
in a technically challenging and stimulating environment which includes direct
interaction with our teams from Ottawa and Mountain View.
 Designing and implementing those features that will grow and consolidate the
commercial and technical success of the 7x50 products – real time environment
programming.

The Fixed Networks Division is designing ultra-high capacity DSL and optical fiber
solutions, used to connect 100s of millions of households in the world’s largest and most
advanced networks.
 As a Software Design Engineer in the DSL and/or GPON domain you will
contribute to the development of real time embedded software for our existing
and new to be developed hardware platforms.
 You will need to get an in-depth understanding of new telecommunications
protocols and/or Alcatel-Lucent’s hardware platforms, and the way customers
are deploying them.
 As part of a multi-disciplinary agile team of senior experts you will be key in
bringing our product innovations and evolutions to the market faster and at
higher quality than the competition, and in this you will be supported by state-of-
the-art development and test technologies, tools and processes.

Qualifications
 You have an engineering degree Master degree or Phd in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering or Telecom engineering with up to 5 years of experience.
 You have a broad interest in the Telecom sector.
 You have experience with Linux, with a programming languages (C/C++).
 You can work fluently with Unix/Linux (as operating system).
 You have basic knowledge of IP Networking, ADSL, VDSL2, G.Fast or GPON
technologies.
 You might want to work with us if you are genuinely interested in Computer
Networking and in SW development for realtime systems
 You are creative and highly efficient
 You speak and write English fluently.


 
 Bell Labs - RESEARCHER FIXED ACCESS

The Copper team in Fixed Networks is the proven innovation engine for next generation
copper access architectures and technologies. It is the team’s ambition to move
beyond regular evolutionary steps in access and target new technologies to create the
future access network.

Goal
Your goal as Researcher Fixed Access is to research and innovate in groundbreaking
technologies in Bell Labs. You create new intellectual property through patents,
simulators, research platforms… which lead to the creation of differentiating Alcatel-
Lucent products. You act as prime reference in your field of expertise in close
cooperation with business, academic and industrial partners.

Your main responsibilities will include


 Master today’s technological landscape of Fixed Networks as your baseline.
 Identify & explore differentiating new technological building blocks for access
networks.
 Define & contribute to medium & long term business impacting research
programs.
 Extract high-quality intellectual property from your theoretical & experimental
work.
 Act as technical advisor towards various internal & external stakeholders through
technical cooperation, customer visits, knowledge transfers.

Qualifications
Technical background and experience:


 
 PhD or Master in (applied) engineering sciences, physics or equivalent
qualification with solid background in communication networks and related
access technologies.
 Expert knowledge on one or more access technologies in wireline or wireless
context.
 Knowledge and hands-on experience with simulation tools (eg. matlab).
 Knowledge and hands-on experience with (low level) programming languages
(C/C++).
 Experience & affection with experimental lab setups & high-end test equipment.
 Knowledge & experience with analog & digital chip/hardware technologies is a
plus.

 NUAGE AND NETWORK FUNCTION VIRTUALISATION (NFV) NEW PRODUCT


INTRODUCTION & NETWORK DESIGN ENGINEER

To provide Nuage and NFV expertise for handling of Nuage product portfolio and
Network Function Virtualization related proof of concepts, demo(s), workshops and/or
post-sales activities.

Your main responsibilities will include


 Technical pre-sales, post-sales, engineering and professional service support for
the Nuage or NFV products in EMEA region:
• Capture customer requirements, defi ne relevant Use cases and work
out a
corresponding list of required Nuage features & capabilities, and convert
Use case/
Features into Test cases/Test plan.
• Validation of Nuage Use case(s) by staging and demonstrating them in
ALU labs
and/or customer site(s). You convince the customer technical
representatives that
Alcatel-Lucent can provide them with the best technical solution.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve customer support requests, often
working closely
with the engineering team to resolve issues.
• Support in defi ning and specifying high and low level network design
solutions.


 
 Responsible for Nuage and NFV solution testing and implementation during pre-
sales phase:
• You prepare and you deliver design proposals with support of IP
architects.
• Give technical presentations and workshops to our internal and external
customers.
 Work with multiple points of contact, such as product managers and
project managers to ensure support requests are solved in a timely
manner:
• The ability to work as part of a distributed team is critical.
• The role will require short international travel, sometimes at short
notice.
 A flexible approach, especially when communicating with Engineering team
(Sillicon Valey (US), e.g. potential time difference) and other Alcatel-Lucent
groups is essential, as is the ability to thrive under pressure and to cope with
stressful, chaotic situations.
 Report customer requirements to Nuage and NFV products management teams.

Mobility
Frequent (once a month) inside EMEA region, with medium-short duration (max. 2-3
weeks) the Alcatel-Lucent’s product portfolio.

Qualifications
Technical background and experience
 You will obtain this year a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Telecom,
Engineering Sciences, ICT or have up to 5 years of experience.
 Mandatory (“a must”) or willing to learn
o Linux/Unix shell and datacenter networking knowledge.
o Configuring and/or designing networking equipment in datacenters/
carrier network.
o Carrier networking protocols (BGP, MPLS,…), IP/Eth.

Analog Layout Design Engineer
Caeleste is a young and dynamic high-end, beyond
state-of-the-art, image sensors supplier. We are focused on high
performance imagers for scientific, medical and industrial applications. Caeleste is
the originator or promoter of many novel concepts as indirect X-ray detection with
photon counting, Color X-ray, and sub-0.5 noise electron read noise CMOS pixels. For our
continuing growth we are looking for people who like to work on challenges beyond state of the art.
Job description

You will be working with a multi-discipline and international team of design engineers on innovative
standard cell and pixel layout in the most advanced CIS process technologies. You will do the full
custom layout and verification of complex standard cells. You will get responsibility over the Chip floor
planning, pin placement and die area management, Pixel and periphery layout, Pad ring layout and
ESD insertion, full-chip physical verification, tapeout, and mask data verification. You will setup or help
to setup and manage the layout database.

Minimal requirements
• Being able to understand array layout specificity. Understanding the physical reason being Design
Rule Checks, Layout versus Schematics verification and other physical and electrical design rules
will be essential.
• Layout for low noise, low signal contamination
• The ability to read and understand complex designs
• Ability to take the challenge to handle all aspects of layout of chip.
• Ability to work as a team
• Creativity, analytical mind and problem solving skills
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field of study is
required.

Additional skills that are of interest

• Demonstrable scripting/ design automation capabilities to improve productivity


• Ability to quickly interpret and repair complicated LVS and DRC problems using state of the art
verification software
• Understanding of layout techniques for design-for-manufacture in advanced processes
• Associated Degree/certifications in CAD, engineering discipline, or IC design certification; or
equivalent experience. 5 years previous experience preferred
• Prior work experience with Cadence, Tanner Ledit, pro-engineer, or other design environment and
a good familiarity with physical verification tools (for example, Assura/Calibre/Ledit design rule
check)
• Solid understanding of physical, electrical, and DFM rules for CMOS CIS processes, e.g.
understanding lateral transistor structures and impact on latch-up
• be aware of traditional and modern, fine line CMOS design rules, ESD rules, impact of layout
parasitics, manufacturing requirements and common layout verification techniques and tools.
• Experience in Analog/Mixed Signal full custom IC layout with a proven track record of full custom
layouts in advanced CMOS technologies
• Good working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and scripting languages (e.g., TCL, c-shell, Perl) and EDA
tools/methodology, such as synthesis, equivalency checking, static timing analysis
• Comprehension of isolation issues and ability to create effective shielding / isolation structures
• Experience with chip-level assembly and chip tapeout procedures

Job description

As Junior designer, you will take part to the development of novel CMOS image sensors projects, in
the field of medical, scientific and high sensitivity, high speed imaging application. You will team with
our senior designers in these projects. You have the feeling for the challenges associated with mixed
mode analog-digital design. You will be in intense interaction with your peer technical experts on
design and system level. You will have significant responsibility in the team. Your tasks include a
broad scope ranging from analog and image sensor design, research on better circuits and topologies,
design correctness and verification. Travelling and conference participation is part of the job as well as
interaction with camera designers and the end-user of Caeleste devices. An evolution towards project
management, with more customer interaction is possible.

Minimal requirements

• Communication skills in writing, presenting and customer interaction


• Working language is English, any other language is a plus
• Good background in analog electronics, and over-the-wall interest in physics and science
• Creativity, analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Solidar team-player
• Demonstrated interest as a designer for complex analog or mixed-signal chips

Job description

As part of a team, you will contribute to the development and the production of new CMOS image
sensors and technology through characterization and testing of image sensor devices and dedicated
test structures. Responsibilities are diverse and include electro-optical image sensor characterization,
validation of new designs and processes, determination of optimized operating conditions and
performance limitations, investigation and understanding of image artifacts, development of new test
methods and systems, contributing to technical reports. Caeleste is building up its system/test and
production team under supervision of an experienced systems manager. You will be lead in his
system/test team and will have the opportunity to grow according to your capacities. We welcome
experience, but are also willing to hire a promising engineer with a great potential.

Minimal requirements

Test Engineer

Reports to: Technical Team Leader

The testing team:

The Testing Team works within the Product Engineering department and has as main
responsibility to develop and execute validation tests and measurements to support the R&D
projects in developing new suspension products for all major OEMs, to be used in their next
generation of vehicles.

Tests to be developed can be on component level, damper level up to measurements on


complete vehicles, ranging from damper functional performance and structural strength to
noise and vibration behavior.
For these tests a range of single and multi-axis hydraulic dynamometers, tensile test benches,
shakers and other equipment, together with advanced measurement hard- and software is
currently available and will be further complemented if needed.

In order to achieve our targets close collaboration is needed with the other teams in the
Product Engineering department in Belgium as well as in other locations in Europe and
abroad. Also collaboration with research institutes and customers is important to extend our
current knowledge and maintain a key development partner for the OEMs.

Major duties and responsibilities:

The Test Engineer will:


• work on the development and execution of key measurements and tests,
• participate in R&D projects to take up responsibility for the validation plans and
develop solutions for the measurement and validation needs of the program, whether
done in-house or in collaboration with external companies.

R&D Engineer – System Concept and Design

Major duties and responsibilities:

The R&D Engineer (System Concept and Design) will:


• Conceptualize and develop advanced suspension technologies where focus is to
deliver excellent system performance with a future consideration towards cost and
manufacturability.

o Initiate suspension system concepts and then drive these through


feasibility studies to gain approval to trigger a development project.

 Define the required performance parameters (with R&D group)

 Work with simulation software to cascade required performance


levels from car to system level

 Work with R&D group to develop necessary control algorithms

 Assist the development of physical rig tests to validate the


feasibility of the simulated system

o Own the system performance level and nurture the system from birth to
1st vehicle launch

 Setup technical Statement of Requirements (SOR) for the


product.

 Continued use of CAE tools (Matlab, AMESIM, CFD) at an early


stage to virtually optimize the design to shorten product
development time.

o Use of DFSS tools (Pugh Matrix, DOE, …) to enable correct design


decisions and identify critical areas in the design to robustly develop
production intent designs, identifying critical characteristics for
production.

o Develop the technology in co-operation with other R&D engineers in the


team (e.g. Valving Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, System Engineer, …)

o Monitor and report the status of feasibility studies and development


projects to senior management.

Research Engineer – Valving team

The R&D valve system development team:

The R&D valve system development team works within the Product Engineering R&D
department and has as main responsibility to develop new passive hydraulic valve concepts
and designs for all Tenneco’s Ride Performance technologies, from basic standard shock
absorbers to high tech intelligent suspension systems . The hydraulic valves are the main
contributors to the final performance characteristic of the shock absorbers and as such
responsible for the vehicles ride & handling performance.

The team is responsible for the full development process, starting from market and customer
requirements, to final launch and implementation into serial production plant. Besides new
development projects, also continuous improvement of current valve technologies is part of
the duties of the team. For each passive valve technology, a full library of tuning components
and guidelines, including the boundary conditions is created.

To support and improve the development process efficiency, the extensive use of CAE in all
phases of the development process is required : from quick calculations during the feasibility
phase and correlation studies with initial samples to improve reliability of the predictions to
detailed models in a later stage.
CAE in Tenneco ranges from simple analytical models over 1D (1 Dimension) Matlab and
AmeSim simulations to FEA (Finite Element Analysis), MBS (Multi body simulations) and
CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).
The final aim is to quantify the vehicle performance and define objective measurement
methods to identify the improvement area’s for the new technologies and as such support the
development projects.

The team works in close collaboration with the other interfacing departments, from internal
departments to external component suppliers to research institutes and partners. Supporting
the application engineering team, who is responsible for the technical product development to
the OE customers, cooperation with Advanced Manufacturing engineering responsible for the
production process development, cooperation with Ride Performance tuning team to support
the customer tuning exercises,…..

Major duties and responsibilities:

The Research Engineer will:


• Evaluate and test new passive valve technologies on damper and vehicle level :
o Tune and build dampers with new technologies, supported by
technician/mechanic
o Equip and instrument vehicle with sensors for objective measurements on vehicle
dynamic parameters.
o Measure damper performance on test bench.
o Measure vehicle dynamic performance on test bench, specific track or roads,
supported by vehicle dynamics/ride engineer.
o Process and analyse the data, takes conclusions and generate reports
o Find the correlation between vehicle measurement data/characteristics and
damper/component measurement data/characteristics.
• Develop and apply additional measurement methodologies and apply existing
methodologies to analyse the damper performance, to enable the objective evaluation
of the passive valve technologies.
• Define related test procedures and instrumentation guidelines.
• Develop and define objective performance criteria as reference
• Act as point of reference in case of vehicle dynamics related performance issues
related to passive valve technologies.
• Team up with the CAE/simulation engineers to establish a sufficient level of
correlation between simulation models and measured damper data and vehicle data.
• Team up with the vehicle dynamics/ride engineers to establish a sufficient level of
correlation between subjective evaluation and measured damper data and vehicle data.
• Make and present management and customer presentations whenever applicable.
• Be active team member of R&D passive valve technology projects :
o Give his input and propose technical design improvements to the team, based on
his analysis and expertise of the damper performance and vehicle evaluation
results.
• Take a lead to develop generic design rules, guidelines based on expertise and lessons
learned, that will serve as input for new technology projects
• Support benchmarking activities to evaluate and measure competition technologies
and compare with Tenneco technologies.
o Evaluate and test competition technology as described above
• Present on regular basis to the project teams and other stakeholders concerning the
analysis results, projects.
• Present occasionally to OE customers

For this new position we are looking for an engineer who has strong interest in vehicle
dynamics and natural drive to deep dive and understand why vehicles perform differently
depending on small design changes. An analytical mind and solid understanding of the
mechanical and hydraulic working of the technologies is key to successfully execute this job.
Experience with testing, validation, measurement systems and working with signal processing
software is a benefit.

Skills and education:


• PhD or master degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering
• +3 years of experience in the automotive industry is a must, preferably in the area of

Tenneco Ride Performance, responsible for the design & development of advanced
suspension systems.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Supports the R&D advanced product engineering team in the definition of vehicle dynamics
performance targets and system architecture for new projects.
• Takes the lead in setting key product performance criteria for vehicle dynamics.
o Sets subjective performance targets in early product development with
support of ride development team
o Creates methodology to set objective performance criteria and application
to the product development
o Acts as point of reference in case of vehicle dynamics related performance
issues
• Defines proper system architecture to ensure best possible integration of the product
onto the vehicle:
o Leads a development team in their understanding of the implications
involved when integrating the product into the vehicle suspension
o Supports benchmarking activities to understand market trends in system
architecture
• Supports the development team in the area of vehicle dynamics simulation:
o Develops the methodology to simulate vehicle dynamics performance
from a product performance point of view

Opdracht beschrijving  
Geluidsmetingen bij industriële ventilatoren 
 

1. DOEL: 

Meer en meer krijgt Typhoon de vraag om het geluidsniveau van hun producten op te geven en of 
een industriële ventilator te leveren die een opgegeven geluidswaarde  niet overschrijd. 

Na deze proef wil Typhoon volgens de geldende normering het geluidsniveau kunnen opgeven van 
hun industriële centrifugaal ventilatoren. 

2. Uitvoering: 

De uitvoering zal er in bestaan de theoretische berekeningsmodellen te vergelijken met de praktische 
meetresultaten en de mogelijke dempingsmogelijkheden te bekijken. 

Als referentie wil Typhoon de studie uitvoeren op 2 ventilatoren, nl GT750/59 en de GT630/56 

   

a. Meetstand: 

Voor de praktische metingen te kunnen uitvoeren zal eerst een studie moeten gebeuren naar de 
geldende normen(DIN, ISO,..) om een meetstand te kunnen bouwen. 

Na de studie van de norm kan er gekeken worden welke meetapparatuur er voldoet en wat de totale 
nauwkeurigheid van de proefstand zal zijn.  

Eén van de eisen aan de meetstand is dat de resultaten van de geluidsmetingen gelogd worden ifv 
het instelpunt van de ventilator. Zodat de meetresultaat op de curve van de ventilator kunnen 
aangebracht worden. 

Vervolgens zal er een kostprijscalculatie uitgevoerd worden zodat Typhoon kan nagaan of een 
meetstand economisch haalbaar is. 

Nadat het groen licht is gegeven voor de bouw kan er gekeken worden om alle materiaal te bestellen 
en de meetstand op te bouwen.  

Het is voor het bedrijf niet noodzakelijk perfect te voldoen aan bepaalde normen bij het testen van 
de producten. Men wil eerder bepaalde normen in grote lijnen volgen en een praktisch bruikbare 
proefstand uit  bouwen. Indien de norm natuurlijk goed aansluit bij de eisen van het bedrijf dan 
zullen ze deze graag volgen. 

     
b. Theoretische calculator: 

Parallel in tijd met het normen onderzoek kan er gekeken worden welke theoretische 
berekeningsmodellen er zijn. Hieruit kan er calculator gemaakt worden voor het productengamma 
van Typhoon. 

Hier is de vraag van Typhoon om het geluidsniveau te bekomen van een specifieke ventilator na in 
gave van volgende parameters: type ventilator, druk, debiet en toerental. 

c. Dempingsmogelijkheden: 

In dit luik moet er een studie gebeuren van de mogelijke dempingsmogelijk heden voor ventilatoren. 

Er kan gekeken worden welke dempingsmogelijkheden er moeten voorzien worden om de referentie 
ventilatoren  te laten draaien  op een maximaal opgegeven niveau (bvb 85dB op 1m)  

In de gebouwde meetstand kan de theorie met de praktijk vergeleken worden. 

     
Opdrachtomschrijving  
Dashboard op industriële ontstoffingsinstallaties 
 

1. DOEL: 

Typhoon wil als extra service naar de klant de volledige opvolging van haar industriële 
ontstoffingsinstallatie op zich nemen en een uptime van 100% te garanderen. 

Hiervoor moet een dashboard ontwikkeld worden die met de installatie wordt meegeleverd. 
Deze module zal instaan voor de registratie en alarmering van diverse parameters.  Tevens 
moet het Dashboard de mogelijkheid bezitten om de parameters van op afstand te 
raadplegen. Het is de bedoeling dat Typhoon de installaties kan opvolgen van in hun 
burelen.(remote control) 

2. Uitvoering: 
 
a. Studie  

De uitvoering zal er in bestaan een studie te maken van  op alle componenten van de 
ontstoffingsinstallatie en de punten in kaart te brengen die een invloed hebben op de correcte 
werking of het uitvallen van de installatie. 

Enkele voorbeelden hiervan zijn: 

  Draaiuren ‐> voor aansturing acties ivm onderhoudsschema (smeren, specifieke controles,…) 

  Filterreiniging ‐> opvolging van correcte werking van het reinigingssysteem 

  Ventilator ‐> detectie riembreuk, trillingen, temperatuur lagers,… 

  Verstoppingen in het leidingnet detecteren 

  Vervuiling filter detecteren. 

Na het in kaart brengen van deze punten moet er een studie gemaakt worden van de mogelijke 
sensoren en het hardware gedeelte van het dashboard. 

Het laatste luik van de studie zal er in bestaan om een kostprijscalculatie te maken van het 
dashboard met zijn sensoren. 

     
b. Praktische uitvoering: 

In het praktische gedeelte van deze proef willen we een stand alone dashboard ontwikkelen 
die de meetgegevens van de diverse punten verzamelt en bij overschrijding, van de in studie 
bepaalde grenswaarden, diverse alarmen of meldingen genereert.  

Hiervoor zal een programma moeten geschreven worden in Siemens S7 in combinatie met 
het visualiseren van het dashboard in WinCC. 

Tevens is het de bedoeling om deze gegevens centraal/online te kunnen opvolgen vanuit de 
burelen bij Typhoon. 

Samen met Typhoon zal de mogelijkheid bekeken worden om dit proefproject bij een klant 
op te starten. 

     
Opdrachtomschrijving  
Optimalisatie afrol/stansmachine  
 

1. DOEL: 
 
Voor  de  productie  van  galva  buizen  gebruiken  we  een  afrol/stansmachine.  Deze 
machine start van een coil galva materiaal bvb 0.8mm die ze afrolt in platen. Na het 
afrollen snijdt hij deze platen af op de ingegeven lengte. Na het afsnijden worden er 4 
hoekjes uit de plaat gestampt. 
Deze  machine  bezit  een  sterk  veroudere  sturing  en  sensoren.  Deze  sturing  moet 
worden  vernieuwd,  samen  met  het  pneumatisch  en  hydraulisch  gedeelte  men  moet 
bekijken.  
DOEL  uitval  van  de  machine  beperken,  nu  gaat  er  veel  materiaal  verloren  door  het 
fouten van de sturing/sensoren. 
 
2. Uitvoering: 
 
a. Studie  

Analyse van de werking en mogelijke verbeteringen bekijken zowel 
elektrisch/pneumatisch/hydrolisch 

Uitwerkingen van nieuwe sturing (Siemens S7)+ uittekenen van elektrische 
tekeningen/pneumatische en hydrolische schemas 

b. Praktische uitvoering: 

In het praktische gedeelte van deze proef willen we nieuwe sturing inbouwen en de 
sensoren vervangen.

Jouw profiel:

• je bent Ir bouwkunde of ingenieur-architect, met kennis van de bouwsector en


-materialen.

• Je hebt affiniteit met de belangrijkste stakeholders en belangengroepen in de


sector.
• Ervaring in technisch commerciële productontwikkeling is een plus.

• Je hebt begrip van product- en uitvoeringsnormen en bent bekwaam in


richtinggevende calculaties (akoestiek, stabiliteit, thermisch, …) en in het
opvolgen van ATG’s en attesteringen.

• Werfervaring of ervaring in een studie- of architectenbureau is eveneens een


voordeel.

• Je bent goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, bijkomende talenkennis Engels en


Duits is een plus.

• Je hebt een ondernemende en pro-actieve ingesteldheid.

• Je beschikt over goede communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden.

Master in de geologie (m/v)


Functieomschrijving

Het CL in Beerse analyseert grondstoffen en mengsels (korrelanalyse - chemische


analyses waaronder XRF, IC, ICP, ea. - thermische analyses zoals DSC, TGA en
dilatometrie) en test de keramische eindproducten van onze baksteenproducties in België
en Nederland volgens de geldende Europese normen. Daarnaast beschikken we over een
keramisch en een applicatie lab waar R&D op grondstoffen, mengelingen, eind-
producten en toepassingen in metselwerk worden uitgevoerd. Het lab is voor een
aantal chemische analysen ISO 17025 geaccrediteerd.
Het lab in Beerse biedt niet alleen ondersteuning aan de Belgische en Nederlandse
Wienerberger organisaties maar wordt eveneens ingeschakeld voor buitenlandse
projecten en werkzaamheden of voor het verlenen van advies.
Naast het opnemen van de dagdagelijkse leiding van het lab wordt van u verwacht te
zullen meewerken aan nationale en internationale R&D projecten.

Profiel

U bent een master in de geologie of een doctor in de wetenschappen, met werkervaring


in een leidinggevende functie. U bent flexibel en zeer communicatief, neemt initiatief en
kan zelfstandig werken. U spreekt meerdere talen.
